Twenty-Two

I woke up to loud beeping sounds which nearly made me deaf. I groaned as I tired to open my eyes. My eyes felt it was glued but after a minute of struggling, I finally opened it.

I looked around and noticed that the room I was in looked like my room in Damian's house I honestly expected that I'll wake up in a hospital especially with the beeping sounds guess they are really loaded. I sighed as I shifted uncomfortably on my bed.

Then I looked at my side and noticed Lex folded over, cheeks pressing his arms breathing evenly as he slept on a the couch beside my bed.

I grimaced as my sore muscles said no to any type of movement I was about to make. I pulled my self up straighter as I settled for a minute. My head felt too heavy to move.

I groaned as I noticed the I.v's connected to my arm. Looks like I can't get out of bed right now. I looked around I was actually in my room.
