Seven

I rolled over to my side and struggled with the blanket as I tired to turn. Then the thought hit me.

I sat up slowly looking around the room. I breathed out a breathe of relief as I realised it was my room. But the last thing I remembered was being in the car with Damian by shrugged the thought off.

The sun was really bright today. I looked around the room squinting my eyes. I slid my legs at the edge of my bed and padded my way to the bathroom which wasn't easy at all. My head felt like I had a city built on it.

My wolf whined.

"i need to go to school we need it "

I retorted as I walked into the bathroom.

No we don't.

I sighed she's really adding to my headache. As i got out of the bathroom, i walked to the living room.

"Morning Darling" My mum greeted me cheerily. "Did you sleep well?"

"Yes ma how about you" I said as I joined her on the couch.

"Great darling" she smiled.

"Let me get ready for school" I said lazily still in the chair.

"School? Darling it's eleven am." She chuckled

"What?"

"You didn't even move when I walked into your room. I thought you where dead " she chuckled "had to check if you where breathing"

"Guess the drugs really knocked me out" so since I'm not going to school I guess I'm gonna do what my wolf requested sleep. I didn't feel like eating so I just went to my room and fell on my bed happily.

Maxine......

"Stop" I snapped out loud.

Intruder Maxine.

My eyes snapped open as I looked around my room. But there was nothing.

"Just two hours two! Is all I ask "

There was someone staring.

"What?"

A man with a cloak staring at us.

I started shaking slightly as my eyes snapped open i looked around and there was no one there .

This is my fault I gave her a third eye. I closed my eyes and tried go back to dreamland but the sleep didn't come at all. I then sat up on my bed wondering what to do with my life when a thought hit me. I haven't changed in a while and I haven't casted a spell in a while. Looks like the vampire boys where really helpful come to think of it.

"Wanna come out?"

Do you even have to ask?.

I smiled as I slowly shifted. It hurt a little because it's been a while so I was some his sore.

She stretched and started off with a slow throt walking around the room step by step. She then stopped and sat in place as footsteps where approaching.

"Maxi..." My mum gasped and put her hands on her chest. "Jesus Max you scared me ". My wolf growled sweetly as she walked towards my mum rubbing her white fur on my mum's leg. "Aw....so cute but I need Max" my mum stroke her fur gently. She stepped back and began to shift.

"Ma" I breathed slowly.

"Max I'm going out to the get some groceries so you're home alone so be careful ok?" Seriously....

"Ma you made me shift back for that?" I asked with s hint of amusement in my voice.

"well I can't talk to a wolf and I'm terrified" she said and walked out of the room. Making me sigh. "And put on some clothes!" She shouted from the bottom of the stairs. Making me chuckle.

I walked to the front door after I heard her car start and locked the door. I made sure I checked all the windows and the back door in case anyone enters. After making sure everything was in place I went to my room.

My head was throbbing badly I guess the fever wasn't completely gone and lack of sleep.

"So it's just me and you now" I told my wolf and she stirred happily. I honestly don't know why she's in a good mood today. Well she has been in a bad mood since Damian's rejection. Well it wasn't really a rejection but still it hurt like hell.

I don't know why or what happened but immediately I got into bed, my whole body froze and my head began to spin. And my wolf let out a whimper as a sharp pain pierced my stomach.

The pain spread like wild fire as I tired to stand up and get the pain killers but It was impossible. I've read about this in books and I don't know but I knew what was happening and my wolf confirmed.

Unfaithful Mate.

She growled and let out a loud whimper. Bruises began to spread around my abdomen. And I gently walked to the bathroom and took pain killers from the drawers.

Toilet water won't kill. I popped the pills on my hands as I quickly downed it. I really hope this helps or I'll wait for him to finish. My wolf was distressed she wanted to shift and hunt him but I couldn't let her she'll kill the both of us.

I snuggled deep into my blanket as i closed my eyes waiting for him to finish. When you meet your mate, and you all acknowledge the fact, any physical contact he has with another woman hurts so bad you might even do if he continues and vice versa.

He's lucky because i don't think i can even find someone who would like to fuck me but what if he never stops?.

My wolf huffed and i felt for her. All she ever wanted was to find a mate and now that she has found him, he's being unfaithful and he literally just made it clear he doesn't want us and it hurt as hell.

We could die.

" we won't die it would just get worst" i was actually convincing us both.

"Oh my we shouldn't really talk about that now" i said walking to the bathroom. I got some disinfectants and took off my shirt. I was trying to tend my wounds which hurt like crazy.

"Shit!" I cursed as the cotton made contact with the open bruise.

" well why don't you come out and tend it bitch" she snorted.

I'm a bitch so it's not offensive.

I growled as I continued toying with the bruise i swear i have been daping this for like ten minutes. I finally gave up. I had a lot of bruises on my abdomen, inner thighs , hips and arms and it hurt like crazy.

Laying back on my bed, i closed my eyes and soon, i was drifting into sleep.

'.....wait a minute...i think i left my consciousness in your front door step...whoa whoa..." I angrily slammed my hands on my phone and with out looking , i clicked answer.

" Jesus Maxine you scared me for a second " Ash's tiny voice said with worry laced in it.

"Just a second?" I fought a yawn as i turned on my side looking at the floor.

"You know what I mean and oh! Come open the door we're outside and it looks like its about to rain" i was about to ask 'we?' As she hung up. I slowly got out of bed and without caring that i was just wearing shorts and a baggy t-shirt with my hair up which was messy, i walked to the door.

I slowly opened the door and saw Ashley standing there with Caleb who was smiling cheekily at me , Roberto who was leaning on the wall looking all..., Lexus was standing beside Ash with his hands in his pocket and Damian well he was just there.

"Urm...come in?" It was more of a question than a statement. They all walked in and i closed the door behind them. They where all in the uniform well all of them except Damian i guess i know where he was.

"Here" Caleb said as he handed me a leather bag. "A get well soon gift from all of us"

"Thanks a lot guys " i took it without looking at it's contents, i walked to the kitchen which wasn't easy at all.

"Jesus Max are you okay?" Ash said as she came to my side steadying me. She held my arms too tight making me flinch. She noticed and loosen her grip. "What happened " she asked as she saw the large bruise on my arms.

"Nothing much so... How was school"

"Don't change the subject Max what happened" she said touching my stomach making me flinch once more.

"Ash..."

"Jesus Max what happened to you ? Did you get hit? Is thy why you couldn't come to school? " Ash pushed .

"Your questions are making my head spin and no i wasn't hit"

"Sorry Max so what happened?" I quickly looked up and saw their eyes lingering in my abdomen and my cheeks flushed. I quickly pulled down my shirt and my sudden eye contact with Damian.

My wolf growled as she saw his eyes. I guess he felt it because he quickly looked away.

"I fell in the bathroom" i said as i made my way to the couch.

"Sorry Max" Caleb and Lexus said at the same time but Roberto kept staring at me.

"Thanks Rob? Is there a problem " i tried my best not to blush.

"Nothing " he shrugged as sat down.

"So!" Ashley literally screamed and we all turned to face her. "Let's watch a movie"

"What movie?" I asked her slightly.

"Urm...." She scratched her head for while and finally, her eyes lit up "Twilight!" She jumped and clapped her hands

"No! Yes!" I and the boys chorused. I guess you all know who said Yes. Me! It would be hilarious watching their facial expressions.

"Why not?" Ash asked with a frown.

"Yeah why not?" I looked at them with a smirk

"It's just stupid" Lexus scoffed. Making me giggle.

"What's so funny " Caleb asked eye brows raised.

"You think Vampires are stupid?" I asked

"No we think werewolves are" Damian said. And my wolf growled deeply.

I want to kill him.

I rolled my eyes and looked at anywhere but him.

"Well at least werewolves don't cowards away from vampires " i scoffed. I swear i heard him sneer. And i glared at him and he glared back.

"Urm...why don't we start the movie before Max and Damian eat their heads off" Caleb clapped. And i rolled my eyes.

"I'm going to clean my wounds" i said lowly as i walked towards the steps. And yes i lied my heat was going to come soon so i had to away. I can stop myself from jumping men with a spell but it's impossible to stop the pain.

"Let me help" Ash offered.

"No it's fine watch your movie " i smiled as i struggled up the stairs.

I got to the bathroom and walked to the sink. My arms slung as i turned on the water. Immediately the water collided with my body, i bit my lips to prevent me from screaming.

"Silentia....." I stretched my arms towards the door of the bathroom as my back hit the wall. I quickly turned of the water and sat in the tub. I let out a scream as my abdomen burned. The first heart is always the worst heat.

I looked down at my abdomen and the bruises where getting worst.

Just go down there drag him here and fuck him.

My wolf growled. "You're not helping " i mumbled as i pulled at my hair. The pain was getting worse by second. And i couldn't take it anymore i screamed loudly and i heard a bang as my mirror shattered into pieces.

"It hurts it hurts" i screamed as a strong sweet smell hit me. Oh no no no what is he doing here.

"Open up" i heard him say outside my door. My silence spell didn't let him hear the no. "I said open up" and my wolf growled and began to forcefully shift me.

"Stop!" I told her "I'll get the door"

It's about time.

She growled as i slowly and painfully walked out of the shower. With the last energy i Had, i mumbled a spell and i was fully clothed. I slowly opened the door and Damian was standing there with an unpleasant look on his face.

He looked around my room and then at me.

"You're on heat" it was a statement.

"Yeah now leave " i growled lowly. My wolf wanted him badly she wanted to run into his arms and i guess his demon wanted it too. Because his eyes kept changing back. "Leave Damian" i growled.

He suddenly held my by my hands and pushed me towards my bed.

"Here let me treat your wound" he said not looking at me.

"You being here is making it worse just go please " my eyes began to water as the pain worsened. I let out a cry as i held my stomach. "They'll think something's up" i said referring to the people down stairs.

"They won't they're o into the movie" he rolled his eyes. I wanted to scoff but instead, i let out a cry.

"Pl..pl...ease...just go" my eyes began to glow blue. As a slow ringing started in my ear as i grabbed my hair. Damian reached for me and i swear i saw a spark.

"Stop resisting Max" oh he must be joking who rejected whom?.

I quickly made a barrier around me so that he wouldn't be able to touch me.

"My ba...th...room first drawer a bottle red bo..ttle" i struggled to say and he quickly got up and brought it to me. I turned the caps as i looked at him. "It...s..just g..gonna sedate me for a couple of hours" i said as i downed the contents.

The mixture burnt my throat and my eyes watered as i fell drowsy and all i saw was black.
