Hi my lovely readers, i apologise but I have to take a small hiatus from posting. I have been told i need to move out of my house so the owners can move in and on top of my ill health this is a huge blow to me, so i need to take some time to focus on myself and my needs and try to find somewhere to live before the end of the month. Right now with all this stress I have no space in my head to let my imagination run and to write. Stay strong, i will be back in April...I promise xx
Kat woke up to the sound of the doors to Luisette’s chambers booming closed. She had fallen asleep inside the cage Luisette had provided for her to stay in. She had realised after General Batton left that the cage was so they could leave her alone. Even without her powers it seemed they still didn’t trust that she wouldn’t try to escape somehow… She sat up, leaning sideways on her hand and her hip, her legs curled up and blinked, looking towards the doors. Rubbing her eyes with her other hand, she stifled a yawn. “Were you asleep, precious?” Luisette’s deep silken voice slid into her awareness and seemed quite close. She startled and jolted sideways towards the centre of the cage to find Luisette’s face right next to hers, leering at her through the bars. He laughed and stepped around to the door of the cage, having taken up the key that Batton had left, and unlocked the cage door swinging it wide open as he walked away. Kat watched him with distrust as he walked over to an oversiz
Kat stood before Luisette with a sour pout as he walked around her in admiration, objectifying her with amusement. “You really are a stunning piece…” Luisette murmured as he came around from behind her. “Can I put the robe on now, please, your Majesty?” Kat asked, trying and failing to put on a pleasing tone. The robe was in her hand as she stood in his lounge room. “Hold that thought…” He instructed as he picked up a thin leather leash that Kat had seen lying across the arm of his chair. He reached up and clipped it to the collar of her leather body suit and yanked on it hard making Kat take two steps forward as he grabbed around her body with his other hand upon her bottom and pulled her to press against him. Her chin was lifted by the action so her face came up to his and he kissed her, just as the booming of the suites heavy doors could be heard. Luisette rubbed his palm against Kat’s bottom as he took his time kissing her, making whoever had just entered his chambers have to
Kat slowly made her way into the white pleasure room, hugging her arms around herself and deep in thought. Luisette watched her pass him and closed the door to the dungeon room and then grabbed Kat’s arm, pulling her around and into his chest. He encircled her nape and looked deep into her eyes. “I know you feel an attraction to me…I can tell when I kiss you… and when you kissed me. Perhaps once Ruben’s mark is gone you will feel it more strongly…” “Your Majesty…I…” “Leave it for now…” He let her go and grabbed the leash up that lay against her body. “There are more important things happening right now…” He walked to the door and walked out, pulling her with him. Her head was reeling and she stumbled after him hardly noticing where they were going. He stopped when they reached the lounge room and Kat looked up to see it filled with women, a group of five women standing waiting for him as the others nervously looked on. “Your Majesty…” The foremost woman said with a bow of her hea
As they entered the lounge area on the ground floor Luisette’s steward, Von Dulce, was waiting for them, his hands clasped together and his face showing his excitement.“Your Majesty…” He bowed his head. “Everything is ready for your inspection.”“Thank you.” Luisette said simply as he walked passed Von Dulce with Kat and the General in tow. The aide stopped and started talking to Von Dulce.“What do you think, precious?”Kat felt the bottom of her stomach just about come out her mouth and held a hand up to her mouth, covering it, to prevent it from happening. The room was done extravagantly with plush black velvet and gold gilded high backed chairs, about fifty of them, all set up four rows deep in a semicircle around another chair of gilded gold set just in front of and slightly to the side of a tall cage. The cage was shiny steel and about the height of the General, however it was not
Kat closed her eyes as the vampires all crowded the cage, hands coming through the bars to touch her perfect skin, hair and face. She grimaced and flinched at every touch, and every lewd comment. Her eyes flew open and she gasped as someone’s fingers brushed under the strap covering her left nipple, the fingers scissored open and slid either side of her nipple and then squeezed shut, pinching it with long finger nails. She heard several deep throaty chuckles and one high pitched giggle. “Oh, her eyes are beautiful…I told you I could get her to open them…” The female’s breathy voice was full of tease and Kat looked at the raven haired beauty with pure malice. “Oh, she’s angry now…so beautiful…I’m so jealous of you, your Majesty…” Lord Echron laughed, standing behind the female’s shoulder as he called out over his shoulder to Luisette. Kat couldn’t see the King or the General due to all the bodies crowding and blocking her view but she heard him, his cloying amused tone reaching her e
“Test me again, General!” Luisette growled vehemently. General Batton lowered his gaze, yet the tension in his shoulders was apparent to Kat’s watchful gaze. “I apologise, your Majesty…” “I already told you, you can’t be a part of these initial experiments…why did you think announcing yourself like that would change my stance?” “I didn’t…but I held some hope…” Batton gave a twisted little smile and shrugged his shoulders. Luisette glowered at him. “Stupid…” He berated in a mutter before stepping away and coming towards Kat. “I’m going to let you out now, precious…I want you to accompany me to the atrium to watch how the experiments go.” Kat looked up at him and almost spat in his face, but instead just twisted her mouth in a grimace and looked away. “Are you going to behave?” Luisette’s voice was hard. “Yes, your Majesty…” Kat looked back at him. “Believe it or not, I am actually quite interested in watching…” “Really?” Luisette’s eyes sparkled. “Why’s that?” “Because I reall
“Quickly now…drink up before the sun comes over the horizon.” Luisette instructed the four volunteers as he handed out the vials. He stepped back to where Kat was and hugged an arm around her waist, pulling her into his side.“Tempted to run, precious?”She looked out over the grass as the first rays of the sun beamed over the horizon and made her squint as the brightness hit right into her eyes.“That Captain you sent to America to grab me was faster than my power, so no…not really.” She answered sardonically. “Besides, the way my head is thumping I can’t concentrate on anything right now…”Luisette had been watching the volunteers gulp back Kat’s blood hungrily, flashing glances at her with a red fire before stepping out into the encroaching sunlight and watching the sunrise, standing in a line.He turned to look at Kat, concerned. “A headache?”She gave him a sardonic look. “You drained me of half my blood supply…I need food.”“Right…and you shall have it soon.” He looked back as t
Luisette lifted his head and wiped her lips with a satisfied smile.“There is a banquet tonight to celebrate the success of the first experiment. You, my dear are to be the guest of honour.”Kat startled and tried to push away from him but he held her firmly. “No…please don’t do that again…don’t, I beg of you…please…”“Calm down, Katarina.” Luisette barked as his eyes narrowed on her. “That is not what I meant…why do you react so?”Kat breathed in and out while Luisette held her tightly until her panic subsided. She looked at him nce she was calm and grimaced at his expression, clearly still waiting for some sort of explanation.“Does it matter?” She asked with a huff.He let her go and she stepped back looking away from his intense gaze and fixing the robe about herself. “If you wish for me to understand your limitations…&
Kat felt faint and sleepy all of a sudden, collapsing to her knees before slumping to the ground, closing her eyes on the sight of Ruben and Michael within the golden column of light. She called out his name softly before falling into a deep sleep as she was enveloped within the same golden light, appearing to grow transparent before she vanished from the Demon King’s throne room completely just as the golden column of light, Ruben and Michael also vanished. . When she awoke she found herself lying in a meadow on the side of a mountain capped with snow. She sat up and looked around to discover she was surrounded by these amazing snow-capped mountains. In the distance sat a great castle overlooking the valleys below with a river ambling between. Kat saw Ruben standing not too far away on the edge of a small precipice, looking out at the view, his hands casually in his pockets and his hair blowing in the gentle breeze that also blew the long grass around her. Kat stood up and walked
It was a half hour wait filled with the Demon King going about his business completely ignoring Ruben and Kat as they were ushered to the side and given seats, something to drink and eat and treated by the courtiers like honoured guests.“Ruben, what are you going to do if they do return you to the human realm?” Kat asked under her breath, hardly wanting to be caught speaking. He frowned as he looked at her. “What do you mean?”“Well, you are the proper King…won’t they want you to return to being their King if you return?”Ruben scratched his cheek and shrugged. “I suppose they will…but I don’t want it and I know you don’t want to return to that place…so I guess I’ll have to abdicate…”“Won’t that put the General’s position in jeopardy?”Ruben’s eyebrow raised as he heard her concern for the General. “Perhaps…he currently has the palace under Marshall Law…but what is it you are trying to say? You don’t want to go back to the Terran Realm?”Kat shook her head. “I would just rather be a
“However…I know the story behind Basille’s apparent desperation to flaunt the rules and decide to try and recreate a being he should have never fallen for…” The Demon King stated with a little patient smile. “Shall I tell it to you?”“Yes, please…” Kat whispered, her voice not wanting to come out of her.The Demon King grinned and lunged forward, scooping an arm around Kat’s waist and dragging her round and up onto his lap. He placed a hand on top of her head sending a calming sleepy spell over her, making her compliant and still as she dropped back against his chest and looked up at him with a dreamy smile as he patted her and rubbed her ears like a pet.Ruben lurched to his feet, his fists clenched and surrounded by a blue flame. “Let her go!”The Demon King flicked his fingers, not even looking away from Kat’s dreamy expression and Ruben was sent flying back through the hall and crashing into one of the gigantic marble pillars, dropping like a stone to the floor. He coughed blood,
The Demon King was huge and sat upon an impressively massive throne that covered the entire back wall from floor to ceiling like organ pipes in a cathedral. Ruben’s eyes narrowed as he took in the mighty beast languishing on his throne. He was clearly about twelve feet tall, long black hair fell down to his shoulders as two foot long curled black horns stuck through it on either side of his forehead. He was chiselled and cruel looking, his eyes were literally flaming, swirling with red, orange and yellow, the pupils slits, where the sclera were usually white his were black and bottomless. He was dressed in a black house coat embroidered with gold thread depicting dragons, his bare chest and astonishing abdominal muscles were displayed with arrogant pride. His black leather pants tight to his thick thighs. At his feet were two demon girls, fawning over him. They were beautiful and both had long forked tails and tiny horns. They both turned and hissed at Ruben’s approach showing their
As Ruben stepped into the private rooms at the top of a massive tower that were once occupied by Basille he looked around with distaste before looking up and gasping. “Holy shit, this is not what I expected…” The entire ceiling was see-through to the sky like a massive atrium. It was dark outside and they could see a million stars twinkling down on them. Kat hugged her arms around herself as she looked around the room with a small pout. “Even though this room was Basille’s it was my most favourite room in the whole castle.” She looked up at the sky with a whimsical smile. Folding his arms and setting his feet only a foot over the threshold Ruben frowned darkly. “As lovely as that is…why do you think I would want to stay here?” Kat turned back to regard him, her lips pursed. “Where else? This really is the best rooms in the whole dreary castle.” Ruben scowled at the rudimentary furniture and the large wooden four poster bed with a mattress that looked like it was stuffed with a mi
After tidying themselves up they walked out of the catacombs and back up into the palace. Kat startled to see a small group of vampires waiting for them, amongst them was King Adicus Luisette, now wearing his crisp uniform jacket but instead of his peaked hat he wore the simple gold crown and looking very dashing. He smiled at them as everyone else applauded politely. Kat turned her head in embarrassment to see Ruben laughing with delight. He stepped forward and started shaking hands with the people waiting as they gave him their congratulations. Kat stayed where she was not sure if she should follow him or not. A voice behind her made her spin around with shock as Ruben did the same, grinning from ear to ear. “How about a hello to your favourite childhood friend?” Vladimir was standing there in all his flouncy glory, a young noble looking man standing behind him, both dressed up to the nines with frilly shirts and outrageous velvet suits. “Vladimir!” Ruben shouted with amazement.
Kat was enduring the preparations of her eternal bonding with Ruben. He had left her in the charge of the two fae women from Luisette’s harem, where she had been instructed to soak in a bath full of goat’s milk in which a drop of Ruben’s blood had been added, then showered clean, her hair and makeup done.Kat was dressed in a stunning gown of black, with a corseted waist and long straight skirt. Her wealth of golden blond hair shined like real gold in the flickering candle light from the hundreds of candles that lined the crypt like room as she was led by Von Dulce down into the catacombs under the palace. She looked around the circular room, with many tunnels leading off, with a little apprehension knowing down here was where many vampire rested in long sleep. Now, including King Luisette. She turned as she heard movement and saw Ruben and Batton walk out of one such tunnel, their faces grim after having just laid King Luisette to rest.Ruben, was wearing a matching black suit, the v
They made quick work of rounding up the Lords they needed, as soon as they opened the doors to the rooms and the vampires saw the great demon as the shadows crept in behind them they quickly made their way down the halls with no great objections, their expressions grim and wary as they were herded towards their destination of the Throne room. As they all stepped in they gasped as they saw Ruben sitting upon the Throne looking very regal with the King’s robes around his shoulders and the inert body of King Alessandro Luisette lying upon the couch to one side. Ruben watched them with an eagle like stare as they were herded in and grouped together, surrounded by soldiers. General Batton stepped up the dais steps and took position to Ruben’s left as the demon cat jumped up and stood on Ruben’s right. Ruben reached out a hand and placed it on Kat’s head as she smooched it affectionately. Lord Echron stepped forward, his face livid. “What’s the meaning of all this! If you wanted the thro
As Ruben walked into the throne room he looked around and surprisingly saw Von Dulce sitting behind his desk, frantically scribbling something down on a piece of paper. Ruben and Batton looked at each other before Ruben coughed for Von Dulce’s attention. He looked up and paled to see both General Batton and Prince Ruben standing together. “You…” He stuttered. “You’re in on this together?” He gaped at them with fear of the unknown. Ruben gave him a reassuring smile. “Relax, we aren’t going to throw you out of office…” “You’re not?” Von Dulce gulped, a little relieved. “No…in fact we need you to help make this transition go smoothly…” Ruben looked down at the desk with a curious frown. “What are you writing?” Von Dulce gave a nervous laugh and rubbed the back of his neck. “Instructions…for whomever took over the administration of the palace…” Ruben raised an eyebrow at him. “Wait, you thought you were going to be executed or something and so diligently wrote down instructions for y
