Chapter 2 - Secret

     "You - get away from me!" Storm pushed the cat harshly. Tumayo siya mula sa pagkakaupo at inayos ang suot niyang t-shirt. He's getting rid of the cat's fur.

    

    "Huy! Pusa ko yan! Huwag na huwag mong papatayin ang bebe ko!" Sun glared at his brother and Storm glared back. Syempre hindi magpapatalo si Storm. Kaagad na kinuha ni Sun ang pusa niya at itinabi sa gilid niya.

    

    "Kunin mo na ang lahat sa akin, huwag lang ang bebe ko!" Dagdag pa nito at hinalikan ang pusa niyang si Summer.

    

    "Patayin mo na kasi-" Before Claud finishes his words, Sun punched his stomach. Napaupo bigla si Claud na kanina pa nakahiga at naglalaro sa kanyang phone.

    

    "La myerda!" he cursed as he glared at Sun while rubbing his stomach.

    

    "Uy, uy. Claud kuya mo yan." Naki sawsaw narin si Gray sa kanila. He continued reading his favorite book.

    

    "The nerd is talking," he answered back and rolled his eyes. Then, Gray immediately threw his book at Claud.

    

    "Aw! La myerda, la myerda! Itong sa'yo!" He throw back the book at Gray. Tumawa ng malakas si Claud at Sun ng matamaan ang ulo ni Gray.

    

    "You little shit-"

    

    "Will you shut up?!" Dark glared at them. He then continued writing something on his notes. Hindi mapigilan nina Claud at Sun tumawa. Kaya naiiyak nalang sila dahil sa sakit ng tiyan kakapigil tumawa.

    

    "Nasaan si Night?" biglang tanong ni Storm sa lahat. They're all in the living room, waiting for their little sister to come home. They stared at each other eyes then shrugged their shoulders.

    

    Storm sighed and lean on the wall. Alam na niya ang sagot, na hindi nila alam kung nasaan si Night.

    

    "Ang paniki na iyon," he uttered and they all look together at the ceiling where Night is sleeping like a bat. Paniki nga talaga siya.

    

    "Why in the world is he sleeping again?!" Storm shouted yet he didn't wake up, instead he changed his position.

    

    The other boys laughed silently. Alam nilang mas magagalit si Storm kapag nakita niya ang mga kapatid nitong pinagtatawanan siya.

    

    "I heard you idiots. NIGHT!" sigaw ni Storm at kaagad na nahulog si Night dahil sa gulat at sa lakas ng boses ni Storm. And they all burst in laughter.

    

    "Anak ng paniki." He then sat on the floor and straightened his nose bridge.

    

    "Ang sakit nun ha. Kainis!"

    

    "Yan kasi eh, 72 hours ang tulog," Claud joked and they all laughed.

    

    "Tumahimik ka nga!" Claud exclaimed and laughed too. He jumped to the couch and lie down.

    

    "What? You're gonna sleep again?!"

    

    "Ofcourse idiots!" He rolled his eyes and closed his eyes to sleep.

    

    "By the way, nasaan na ba si Belleza?" Dark asked them. He sipped his red drink. They all stopped from what they were doing. They're dead serious and focused when it comes to her safety. They're very protective of her because she's the only girl in their family. She's very precious and they know she has a fragile heart despite her strong personality.

    

    "Ay, oo nga. Did you call Gretel?" Sun asked his younger brother, Claud who's busy playing games.

    

    "Yep. Tinawagan ko siya kanina."

    

    "Tinawagan mo siya kanina? Nasaan na siya?" Storm furrowed his brows.

    

    "I'm starting to get worried," Dark uttered and he took a sip of his red drink.

    

    "Baka may nakipag suntukan nanaman sa kanya." Umupo si Night. Storm glared at him, he just shrugged his shoulders.

    

    "Wait, I'll call her again." Claud immediately dialed her younger sister's phone. All eyes on him, they're all worried.

    

    "She's not answering." Kaagad na tumayo si Claud at tinawag muli si Gretel. Hindi parin siya sumasagot, and again he dialed. Claud furrowed his brows, facing his brothers.

    

    "She's not answering guys!"

    

    "Wait, don't tell me..."

    

    "Urgh!" A sharp and small knife stabbed Claud's heart. Kaagad siyang bumagsak sa sahig, nagsitayuan ang lahat. They're all alarmed.

    

    "Who the hell-"

    

    "I'm alive brothers!" Gretel shouted. They all look at the front door of the mansion. Nakahilig sa gilid ng pintuan si Gretel. They all sighed from relief. Akala nila ay ang mga assassin mula sa North. 

    

    "Hayst. Get inside!" Storm shouted at her, she just grinned. Alam niyang hindi galit ang kuya Storm niya. Pero alam niya kung sino ang galit. Tumakbo siya patungo sa kinaroroonan ng kanyang mga kapatid.

    

    "Ipapakain talaga kita sa mga lobo Gretel." Claud crawled to reach the couch, he then lean on it.

    

    "I'll do the rest." Night pulled the knife in his heart.

    

    "Aw, that hurts bro." Drama ni Claud habang hinihimas ang dibdib nito. "Wala kang utang na loob Gretel, ako pa talaga," naiiyak pa niyang sabi. Lahat sila tumawa. Claud is really dramatic.

    

    "Anong nangyari, Séptima?" Storm glared at her. She was confused so he pointed the red thing on her white polo.

    

    "Halah, Gretel."

    

    "Ano?"

    

    "Anong nangyari?" Storm asked her again. He crossed his arms, waiting for her answer.

    

    "Well, nagkaroon kasi ng konting problema... " She avoided her Storm's gaze.

    

    Nakakatakot si Kuya!

    

    "Weh, konting problema bakamo? Edi ating solusyonan!" Sun joked and laughed hard. Siya lang ang tumawa, siniko siya ni Gray.

    

    "What do you think you are doing, Sun?"

    

    "I'm trying to break the silence - aw! That hurts." Gray punched his stomach.

    

    "Eh kasi.. Tsk! Sige na nga. May nakabangga sa akin eh, tapos my secret was spilled then ayun, napaaway - eh kasi naman eh! Gusto niya akong patayin, sabi pa nga niya, papatayin niya ako bago paman ako maging halimaw, edi ayun... Inunahan ko na siya."

    

    "Wait, what? He's gonna kill you?!"

    

    "Uhuh?"

    

    "Absurd."Kanya kanyang reaksyon ang kanyang mga kuya sa nangyari. 

    

    "But don't worry, I compelled him to completely forget about what happened. So yeah, yun lang." She shrugged her shoulders and took a peek at Dark's red drink. She gulped. She's still standing at the center. 

    

    "You are not a Malvosz, Belleza," Dark corrected her. In a matter of fact, she's not a Malvosz. He then sipped his red drink. Gretel gulped again, she's thirsty of red. 

    

    "You are a Velasquez, Séptima Belleza," Gray added.

    

    "But-"

    

    "And you are not yet 21. You're still in 20. And you're not yet a full vampire that can compel anyone. What if, he was not completely compelled? He will surely report you to the minister." Bumuntong hininga si Storm. Padabog siyang umupo sa couch at hinimas niya ang kanyang sentido. 

    

    ""Lo... Lo siento hermano." All was silent. Pabalik balik ang tingin nila kay Storm at Gretel. Hindi parin nagsalita si Storm. 

    

    "I'll go upstairs." Gretel was sad. Akala niya ay agad siyang patatawarin ng kanyang Kuya. But she understands that this time, it will not be easy to forgive her. Kung sakaling hindi niya na control ang mind ng lalaking iyon, tiyak na malalagot ang pamilyang Velasquez at ma ibubunyag narin ang sekreto ng mga Velasquez.
