Chapter 59

Sarah's POV

It was morning, I deliberately waited in my room for some time to make sure that Joseph and Aunt Sophie were already downstairs as I didn't want to be alone with Chris.

As I had expected, I saw that all three of them were downstairs having morning tea.

As soon as they saw me, Chris got up and came to me. He pulled me in his arms and bent to kiss me but I turned my face.

" How are you feeling now? " He asked, I just nodded and said, " I am better, thanks. "

" We need to talk. " He said.

" No, as you said last night, there is nothing to talk about. " I said and got myself out of his arms.

" Good morning Aunt Sophie, Joseph. I said and hugged my aunt.

" Good morning, honey. I missed you a lot. " Aunt Sophie said.

" I missed you, but I am doubtful that you got any chance to miss me. You are looking like a radiant bride. In fact, you both are looking very happy. I am really very happy for you. " I said.
