Chapter Ten

Rosana screamed as she saw Rex looming over her with his bloody fangs, his growl echoing in the air, overwhelmed by the sight of Rex, she passed out.

Nolan summoned all his inner strength, and he shape-shifted back into his human form just in time, preventing Rex from causing harm to Rosana.

He gently picked her up, input his password into the house lock, and entered the house.

“Oh Nolan, it is you,” Tessy greeted warmly as he entered.

“Why didn't you take Rosana in with you, Rex almost hurt her,” Nolan questioned.

“I was carrying Buddy, there was no way I could have helped her too, moreover, she was unconscious so I thought your wolf would not attack her,” Tessy lied, she had intentionally left Rosana.

“Rex tried to hurt her, I had to use all my willpower to shapeshift back into my human form and luckily it was not a full moon night, if not, I might not have been able to shift back ” Nolan explained.

“Poor you, Nolan, I am so sorry,” Tessy said.

Nolan made his way to Rosana's bedroom,
