The Curse - 01

An hour has passed since the scheduled meeting. However, the girl did not come. William is getting tired of hearing the conversation contains no content between Ethan and part of the production house.

William chose to read the script that the production house gave him a few moments ago. Not bad. At least in this film William still plays a strong and powerful figure like his other films.

The thing that William at least made William didn't want to play in romance films was, he didn't want to and didn't feel good to look weak. But at least, in this film William's image is still safe.

"Sorry, I'm late." All eyes are on the source of the sound.

A girl with long hair looked down near William's chair. William looked faintly at her face, but he could not recognize who it was.

"Sit down, Leona!" said Shawn, who William knew to be the director of the film William was going to play.

The girl sat next to William. She still looked down and apologized several times to make William bored.

William chose to return to reading the script and ignored the girl beside him.

"So this is-" Ethan interrupted.

"Leona. She will order as Jasmine. Isn't it very suitable?" cut Shawn.

"You're kidding?" William asked Shawn.

William chuckled sarcastically. That girl was absolutely not match for him.

"We'll see, whether she can play professionally or not. If not, I want you to replace her with another actress. Because I don't have much time to re-take every scene," William said coldly.

"I can. I promise I will do my best. I have to get this project. So please-"

"Then practice hard!" William interrupted Leona in a stern tone.

Leona let out a deep breath. She had to hold back her emotions. She must give in to face her potential co-star who is a famous actor.

"Turns out she's ambitious enough, to the point of not being aware of his own abilities," William thought to himself.

"So, when will the shooting process begin?" Ethan asked breaking the cold atmosphere.

"We still need a lot of preparation. And I think William and Leona need a lot of practice considering, this is their first romance film project," replied Shawn.

Ethan nodded in agreement. He glanced at his cousin. He knew very well how stiff his cousin was. Surely this will be one of the most difficult projects for William.

"Just a suggestion, to build chemistry between them, how about we give them a special time to get to know each other?" suggestion from one of the production house party representatives.

"I think this film's budget is also more than enough to rent out an apartment for them to live together," continued Shawn.

William rounded his eyes. Him? Live with a girl?

"No. We can immediately shoot today if you want. But not with the matter of living together. I can not," said William firmly.

"Wil-" said Ethan trying to calm him down.

"What? You know I can't live with other people, right?" And Ethan could only nodded slightly. He just remembered, besides being an actor, William is also a werewolf who can change when the night of the full moon arrives.

"I think it's too much to live together," said Ethan helping William.

"It's just living together in a apartment. We'll also find a decent, two-bedroom apartment," Shawn insisted.

"I can't," said William.

"If not that way, I doubt this film could be finished quickly. Not meant to be trivializing, but this is your first romance film, William." Shawn kept pushing William.

"Please just accept these terms!" whispered Leona pitifully.

Crazy. Was William that crazy to want to live in the same unit with this girl who didn't know his origins?

"Wil, looks like you have to give in this time. Just go with it. We can talk about 'that' problem later when they're not around," Ethan whispered.

William took a deep breath. He nodded slightly, a sign that he agreed with the proposal. At least, Ethan had never let him down. The man was smart enough to hide William's werewolf identity for years.

"Then we'll find the apartment. We'll send it -"

"No need. I'm lazy to pack. She can live in my apartment from tomorrow," William interrupted.

Ethan nodded in agreement. It would be better if William stayed in his apartment. At least the apartment has been specially designed to secure William's big secret over the years.

"That's much better. Besides being cost effective, William's apartment also has a strong security system. It's safe enough to hide from the media," added Ethan.

PH seems to agree with the proposal. This time, Shawn turned to look at Leona. Leona looked taken aback when suddenly noticed.

"Yes me?" Leona asked stiffly.

"You will, right, stay in William's apartment for a while?" asked Shawn.

"Oh .. I- I-"

"Ethan will pick you up here at nine in the morning," William interrupted unilaterally.

Leona nodded stiffly. She was not sure whether the choice she had made was the right one. But for now she had no other choice. She just had to do her best so that the shooting process could well done and all her plans were perfect.

'You can do this, Leona. Your wish will be fulfilled soon. You just need to do your best, and everything will be fine,' thought Leona encouragingly herself.

Occasionally Leona glances at William, who will be her partner in her first film. She still did not expect, her partner in her first film was a big actor like William. She even used to idolize that figure, just like women in general. And now, Leona has the opportunity to be opposite her idol.

'I didn't expect one of my idol actors to be this annoying. I guess he was like that only when in movies. But it turns out that in the real world he's even more annoying,' snorted Leona.

"Of course. What am I going to do?" annoyed Leona.

"Girls will do crazy things that are annoying when they fall in love," said William.

Leona furrowed her brows. She began to be offended by William's words. Not. Actually it has been a while ago. Only, this time it was too much.

"You think I'll fall in love with you?" asked Leona.

"I'm sure even this time I have," William replied as if he was not burdened.

Leona rounded her eyes. If only it wasn't because she desperately needed a film project this time, it was certain that William's lips would feel the build-up of Leona's shoes.

But again and again, Leona had to endure her annoyance. She didn't want to lose this golden opportunity just because of a moment's emotion. After all she had to get this project.
