CORDELIA RESCUES ALEXANDRIA

Cordelia – I grab my son and my grandsons. With magic, I kill the magical wards set around King William Kingdom. There is not any magic King William's witches could do that I can’t break. Opening a portal for my son, grandsons, and me to walk through to where my dear sweet granddaughter Alexi is. Smiling with a tear in my eye, I can see Alexandria through the portal. Cautiously, I walk through the portal with my son and grandsons trailing behind me. Alexi looks up in shock. She looks worn out and pale, Alexandria’s face was stained with the remnants of tear marks. They made the bars to the cell of pure steel dipped in wolfsbane, Alexandria’s hand cuffs had caused red burns on her wrists. Seeing this Cordelia felt so bad for Alexandria. blowing open the door, breaking open the handcuffs Alexandria was wearing, making the handcuffs shatter and blow onto the cement floor. Cordelia ran in and hugged her granddaughter lightly as not to cause her any pain. Alexandria’s brother came over and picked his sister up, carrying her bridal style back through the portal. Once they were all back into the Werewolf Kingdom's castle, Cordelia closed the portal. Before leaving the Vampire's castle Cordelia blew up all the cells, now all the people being held by King William were free.

Alexander laid Alexandria on the couch, while Ares mind linked the Royal doctor to come and check on Alexandria and the pups she carried inside of her.

The Pack doctor stated he would like her to be admitted to the pack hospital so they can keep an eye on Alexandria, she had not eaten for a week; she was dehydrated, and they need to do some x-rays and blood work to make certain that there isn’t anything else wrong.

Alexi – My heart is broken, and I cannot smile, but I wanted to go home, I needed to go back to my packs hospital. “Grandmother, could you take me to my pack's hospital, I need to be there.” Looking at my grandmother as she nodded yes to me, as my brothers and father hug me and I notice he isn’t crazy anymore and I smile at him. This is when my grandmother teleports her and I back to my pack hospital. My grandmother checks me in, and I had lost all energy and hope, I needed to get it back, so I can help lead my pack with more than all loss of hope that we have had and I was rolled onto a gurney and taken into a room, I had been in many times before. Seeing my light, my love, and my reason for living. Nicolas in his bed looked at me with tears in his eyes, and there were tears in my eyes as well. They rolled my bed right next to his. We scooted next to each other and held each other tight. Crying to Nicolas, “I am sorry. I thought I could take the King down, and my dad, I killed my dad.” Shedding my tears soaking Nicolas' chest. Nicolas put his lips on my head, kissing my hair, and I could feel his tears as well. Nicolas thought I was dead, and we cried in each other’s arms.

Cordelia watched her granddaughter and her mate crying, she cried right along with them. She kissed both of Alexandria and Nicolas and headed out the door; she had a mate herself and an Alpha's office was waiting for both Cordelia and her mate. Cordelia thinking to herself reasoned that she may need candy heart panties for this. Cordelia smiled to herself; her mate is going to love this.

Back at King Alexandria Sr’s castle, he was back to his desk taking charge again, he felt the loss of his mate, but not as bad since his mother had given him the potion. He wanted to see Alexandria’s pups born. He wanted to see his son Alexanders wedding and the rise of him and his mate as the new King and Queen.

King Alexander was calling each pack throughout the world and if they didn’t have a lucid Alpha, he had the Beta promoted to Alpha in each pack or the heir of the current Alpha take over. King Alexander felt great knowing that his soon to be daughter-in-law had already been touring the different packs, giving condolences and helping in the packs while she was there. His future daughter-in-law was going to be a fantastic queen, the Moon Goddess knew what she was doing when she paired his son with Sara. He heard Sara was meeting people in King's pack and that she helped with orphanages, and solidifying Omega rights to be treated as equals. Sara was a hidden gem and now she was going to be one of the best Queens that ever lived because of her kindness and charity to others.

The King knew Alexandria needed to heal from her failed coup, and that her mate had so much wolfs bane in his system he also ended up in the pack hospital over a week. Both Sara and Nicolas shared a room he heard, and that his dad was playing Alpha in the pack until Alexandria and Nicolas were back to health.

The King knew that he needed to start the healing across the packs throughout the world, as King William had killed so many Lunas. King Alexander wasn’t sure how he could start the healing, he may ask Sara for help on this. His Packs needed strength because finally they were going to kill King William. He had gone too far, too many hearts and souls have broken into scattered shards of red glass. King Alexander was not one to hate, but he understood hate now since the death of his own mate.

Back at the pack hospital the doctors were having a tough time convincing Alexi to let go of Nicolas. They needed to get I.V.’s in her because of the malnutrition and dehydration Alexi had experienced. Alexi was afraid to let go of Nicolas. She did not want to lose him. People that Alexi had cared for is dead and Alexi had her own dad killed, accidental or not, she still is the one that commanded the death order. The doctor finally had to give Alexi an injection with a strong sedative to put her to sleep so that they could hook her up to the I.V.’s.

While Alexi slept, the doctors had performed blood work and X-rays. Taking every opportunity to get any testing done before Alexi woke up. Alexi still needed a shower and once Alexi would wake up, the doctor assigned one nurse to help Alexi shower and change into a blue hospital gown with dark blue fairy prints. Despite the completion of all Alexi's tests, she has yet to awaken from her sedative-induced sleep. I expected Nicolas to be in the hospital for only a couple of days the week before. Unfortunately, the tests did not accurately determine the level of wolf's bane in Nicolas's blood. The next day, Nicolas could go home after recovering enough.  

Nicolas – When I saw Alexi come into the room on a gurney, my heart was breaking, I did not protect her from harm. I thought Alexi had died, because I had been told they shot Alexi with an arrow dipped in wolfs bane. The doctors had cleared Nicolas to get out of the hospital tomorrow, Nicolas had decided he is not leaving Alexi’s side, the two of them needed each other now more than ever. Nicolas, seeing her hooked up to IV’s broke his heart. He saw that she was in dirty clothes and her hair had matting tied in knots and dirt. When Alexi awoke, a nurse came into bathe her. However, I requested to bathe her Alexi and we needed to be near each other. Alexi is my love, my life, and my dreams.

Nicolas – I carried Alexi into the bathroom after the nurses took her off the I.V.’s. I had first ran the water in the bathtub, making certain it was nice and warm to hot like she liked it. I had undressed myself, and then Alexi, carrying her into the tub with me, while lowering Alexi on top of me and laid her head back on my chest. Taking water and shampooing Alexi’s hair, then rinsing her hair and putting in conditioner, once after finishing with the hair I finished bathing her and caressing her body with Jasmine scented body wash. She looked up at me with eyes that still held pain; I caressed her, repeating in her ears I love you and will never leave you. She needed to know in her heart that we will make it through these tough times, her and I hand in hand, heart to heart. Caressing Alexi’s belly letting her know we are a family, the pups, Alexi, and me.
