Jenna’s P.O.V.

I stood on the doorstep of Adam’s family house, clutching a bottle of champagne in my hands because my uncle had raised me to always bring a gift when being invited to a party. The crisp spring air clung to my skin as I stood on the doorstep of Adam’s house, but it was the fluttering of butterflies in my stomach that truly made me feel the cold tonight. Or maybe it was the fact that I had decided to wear a skirt instead of pants for this festive occasion?
