Chapter 41: Sacked Magret

Anita quickly walks into the gigantic five-story manufacturing industry and heads toward the elevator on the first grand floor.

She feels the piercing eyes of those on the first floor staring at her as the elevator doors shut and take her up to the third floor.

Stepping out, Anita feels nervous as she sees all those working on the third floor staring at her. She walks back to her office, where everyone has settled into their seats. She swallows hard, not daring to greet them or make eye contact.
