CHAPTER 130: New babies

Liam stares downward, not wanting to meet Mrs. Tonia's angry gaze, as he suspects she knows about the night he made love to Anita, but probably doesn't know who exactly slept with her.

Was that why Anita left? What's really going on? he wonders.

"Actually, ma'am, I heard from her friend that she's going through a lot, and I don't know if I can help, but perhaps that will make her return."

"Help with what? Just leave!" Mrs. Tonia shuts her door on Liam, not giving him a chance to speak.

Did Anita's boss force himself on her? Mrs. Tonia wonders as she walks back to her parlor.

Staring at the man, she sees him as a calm person with good moral upbringing, but is he the one that slept with her daughter and also bit and sucked on Anita's neck?

If only Anita had told her the truth before she left, she wouldn't be rude to him, but she cannot help it. She behaves rudely because she misses her daughter so much.

Liam leaves the building and walks back to his car.
