Chapter 115

Remus and Sylvia got back to the mansion to see Brett pacing about with a worried look on his face. Immediately, Remus swung into action by sensing if there was any danger nearby. So far, there was nothing unusual which just left him worried because he never knew Brett to behave like this.

''What's going on?'' Sylvia asked.

Brett stared at her with a pained look and Remus finally had an inkling of what was going on. Immediately, he ordered his men and some of the maids to escort Sylvia to her room, while making sure they guard every entrance and exit within and outside the room.

They were not to leave until they got specific instructions from him and him alone. Sylvia tried protesting but when she saw the pained look in Brett's eyes, she complied. When that was done, Remus faced Brett demanding to know what was going on.

When he had called him some time ago, there didn't seem to be any problems at all so what could have gone wrong within the space of an hour. That was what Remus was t
