She wonders if his feelings for her are starting to grow. Since her feelings for him had already grown a bit. Even though she knew the truth, she couldn’t stop thinking how the two of them would be a great couple. But then again, he’s already dating someone, and she wouldn’t want to make him fall in love with her all over again. She wants him to be happy, even if the cost is her own happiness.
