Chapter Thirty-Three

Roman’s POV

The limo came to a stop outside my parents restaurant, I must admit it looked the place to be with the soft outdoor LED lighting, red carpet and polished steel rope barriers. I made sure security was tight with a number of my men keeping watch and another two working the doors, I couldn’t take any chances after what happened earlier today. My men noticed my arrival immediately, one of them approaching the vehicle to open the door. I stepped out giving a nod of courtesy to my security team, Santos stepping out after me. I decided we should all travel together to the restaurant, I didn’t want Luna to feel afraid or uncomfortable after the day she’s had so travelling with her best friend was the only option.

I held out my hand, helping Sadie from the car while Santos held his hand for Carrie. I held my hand out once more, waiting for Luna to take a hold of it, I guess she was still pissed at me. She avoided my hand, simply stepping from the car and walking passed me as if I w
