"I don't think the profits for this month are enough at all. We need to upgrade our plans. It's as simple as that. Why are you all finding it a problem to do?" A man questioned with anger.

"Finding it a problem to do?! Look at who is talking, opening your mouth as if the world revolves around you only. Don't you know what you were supposed to do? You hardly contributed to this company...you borrowed a lot from most of us here and now you have turned yourself into a preacher. Why am I not surprised?" A frail-looking man mentioned with anger in his eyes as well.

Ezekiel sighed and rubbed his forehead. For the past thirty minutes, they have all been talking non-stop and not saying a word that made sense to him. He didn't want to interfere so he would not stress himself out until Cyril nudged him from below and signaled to him that he should say something.

Ezekiel raised his hand and everyone silenced their mouth. Ezekiel was well respected and even though he wasn't the leader, his views

"You imbecile!" Delilah called out with gritted teeth. "You maniac!" A manly voice responded and this caused Delilah to laugh. She was walking down the hall to her car waiting outside. She just finished a shoot even though she didn't want to but her manager 'managed' to come up with something to persuade her to do it. "You still have the gut to insult me back." Delilah scolded. "Hey, don't forget who is the older twin here." "How can you do this to me, Gabby, to us? Why are you such a wicked person to begin with?" She asked with disappointment. "I am sorry that I had to back out but to be sincere, I already made the arrangements. I thought I was going to come as well but I was surprised when things turned out this way. I am sorry." Gabriel was twin of Delilah and was a few minutes older than her but that didn't count. Even though they were more of a cat and rat in the family, they still loved each other and care for each other as they ought to. "You do know th

At a shooting site, a group of people with different roles to play were gathered around. Noises could be heard coming from that part and also some people were holding their scripts that portrayed the type of role they were going to play. There were also makeup artists that were busy attending to those that needed the transformation. "Alright, everyone, it is the first day of shooting and I believe that we all need to be ready. It is a big day for us all." The director said through a microphone. The actors and actresses turned to look at him and then mumbled something amidst themselves causing a few of them to laugh. "Where is the male lead?" The director asked. He removed his baseball cap as he looked around. He called for the manager and the latter ran to meet him. "Where is Alex?" The director asked. "He is having his makeup done. He will be out in a few minutes, please." The manager responded and quickly left to check on the supposed Alex.He knocked before entering the room. H

"I don't know why my boss had to accept someone like you as his assistant. I am doing a work well done." Ben started complaining. He folded his arms as he leaned against the wall while watching Hera sort out some things on the shelf. The latter however rolled her eyes at the babyish behavior of her 'senior' at work. He had been nagging her since the beginning of the day, clearly expressing his disappointment and anger at having her work alongside him. "Can you at least behave like the senior you are instead of a jobless baby?" Hera called out and Ben gasped. He touched his heart and his face turned ugly. "How dare you say such a thing to me? I am your senior!" "Oh, so now you know that you are my senior." "I don't know why exactly my boss considered taking you in. You are too disrespectful." "You should ask him," Hera answered and walked back to her table with him following her from behind. "Look, you even got a special seat while I work all day under the sun just to make sure

They were actresses in the industry as well and they were present at Delilah's birthday party. It was a full moon event and it was taking place inside a hall. Everywhere was crowded and a lot of reporters were there to capture the moment. Long flowing gowns of different sizes and designs could be seen, one was trying to outweigh the others in terms of fashion. There were golden lights everywhere and hip-hop music was blasting through every speaker inside the hall. Chairs were arranged in different sections. A section for couples; A section for three people, four, and then more than four. Some booked only the coupled chair even when they were not official yet but that was their taste. Hera was a bit nervous that she had captured the eyes of the audience. Under her breath, she kept mumbling incoherent words, pushing all the blame on Anna for giving her the advice to go ahead and wear the dress. "Ma'am, can you please raise your head?" One of the reporters shouted to get a good picture of her. Hera had no choice but to do as she was told. "Hold on, isn't that the latest brand of the Young Family? How did she get it?" Someone pointed it out. Then everyone suddenly realized that it was true. Hera was putting on the gown that cost a lot from the Young family. It was a shiny black gown that fitted her properly, it was half-shoulder but didn't expose any of her cleavages however, she had an hourglass figure that outshined the gown. Her makeup was minimal but attractive even though it was done by a professional.Zach stared at her with admiration in his eyes but he quickly looked away and was about to start talking with Delilah when he realized that she had a frown on h

"Ouch." Hera turned her head to her right side in pain. Her head was aching so badly that she almost concluded that it was being used for sacrifice. Her eyes slowly opened to the new environment that she was in. She stared at the ceiling blankly for a few moments before looking sideways. Beside her was the monitor, which meant that her head wasn't used for sacrifice but was banging hard because of something else. She was in the hospital! "Ouch." She mumbled again. Looking at her left-hand side, she saw Zach spiraling across the sofa provided there. He was sleeping and snoring peacefully. His shirt was left unbuttoned but only a few buttons were left undone. What happened? Why was she in bed? Suddenly, she felt the urge to use the toilet. Her head was bandaged and so were some parts of her body but she could still lift herself, bearing the pain as well. She looked at Zach one more time, was she going to interrupt his sleep? No, it would be bad for her to do such a thing. She should

She managed not to make a sound so as not to disrupt their conversation. "What? This is cheating." Zach pouted and Austin scoffed. "No, it's not. I only made you say the figure eighteen without you actually realizing it so I am the winner. Hurrayyyyyyyyy." Austin said joyfully and jumped on Zach who still didn't feel pleased that he was played by a young boy because he knew mathematics. She smiled at the picture and sighed.Zach came behind and kissed her neck. "Hey, Are you okay?" He asked her. "Yeah." She answered and turned around. Hera placed her hands around his neck. "I was just remembering what had happened in the last few months." She said and received a kiss on her forehead. "Hmm. It's probably for the best." Zach answered this time around. The best? A happy ending? "Come on, let's go. We don't want to be late, do we?" He held her hand and the two of them walked out of the room in matching outfits. Zach locked the door before opening the car for Hera. They both entered and wore their seatbelts at once, causing Hera to smile.Today was Thanksgiving and Ezekiel alongside his wife had invited her over to join the rest of the family. Hera was crying while sitting inside the station. She really missed her son and prayed that nothing would go wrong with him. The more Zach watched this, he was going crazy but he couldn't do anything because the cops were still trying to figure it out. Also, the process seemed to be slow to him. He sat beside her and placed her head on his shoulder while she was crying. "I am sorry. He will be fine, I promise."Hera thought, how could he promise such when he didn't know what to do? She just wanted her son back no matter what. "We have been able to find the location." The cops informed them and Hera stopped crying immediately. She stood up. "Let's go." "Sure."Just then her phone rang and she answered it. "Have you done the video yet..."Someone started shouting from beneath and it seemed that a fight was going there. Hera and others could hear Austin scream. It was evident what they were fighting for because the swearing and shouts were just too much. But Hera could hear the s

"I love you, Uncle Ben," Austin said eagerly to Ben but the man was less concerned. He was frowning deeply. "You love me? I can't see how you love me. You exposed me in front of Mrs. Young. Do you know the problem that you have made me go through? Now I will end up in army school." He answered. "So what? You will become stronger and you will be serving the country as well." Austin saluted and Ben just covered his face with his palms. Why was he babysitting this boy? He was too old for his age. "Do you need ice cream?" Ben asked him after a while because it would be better if he pleased the young boy and he gives a good report about him at home then he wouldn't have to go to the military. "Yes," Austin answered and Ben nodded. "Wait here, let me get you one..." A van suddenly came from nowhere and Austin was grabbed into it fiercely...the kidnappers not bothering to check for any physical injuries or if Austin might have hit something with any parts of his body. "Hello there. Good evening. It's lovely to see you tonight." Elizabeth grabbed Jennie harshly to hug her. Ezekiel had invited them over for dinner with his family and even Hera alongside Zach was shocked to see them. He stared at his parents suspiciously as disappointment showed on his face. Why were they here in the first place if not because his parents were trying to make him go against his wish? He hissed and wanted to leave but Hera pulled him back. "You have to be patient. You can't just jump to a conclusion without knowing what is going on." She convinced him. "If this has to deal with me leaving you then they should forget about it because it's not going to work at all." He replied and Hera sighed. Sincerely, she hoped that it wouldn't come to that. "Where is Gabriel?" Ezekiel asked Cyril. "Oh, he went back to the country. He said that he had a concert or something like that. Delilah will check up on him anyway." he answered. "That's great," Ezekiel responded. Jennie could

By the time Jennie got back home, she just needed somewhere to rest and also someone to keep her company. She held the side of her gown while holding to her fashion bag as she walked into the mansion, her expensive heels clicking against the surface of the hard tile. She looked around wondering where everybody could have gone but she didn't see anyone except a few maids working at a distance. Just as she was about to climb the staircase, she started hearing some noises that later seemed to be whispers and after a while, grew into a full-blown loud conversation.Ben came out of a corner talking affectionately to someone on the phone. "Yeah...I know and I love you too. Babe...babe, just listen to me, okay? I will get you whatever it is that you want and I will come and visit at school...a lot, darling. Delilah was so mad that she went to look for Jude and she did find him where he was the last time, doing his work. This time around the place was a bit too crowded but she didn't care about it or her image. She was only here because she wanted to bear her disappointment against him.Jude, after he saw her, closed the trunk of the car and approached her. "Hey." He waved at her. "Hey? So, you have the gut to tell me HEY after you failed in the mission I sent you on? How could you? You ruined every single bit of my own. Was it wrong on my side to have trusted you? What happened? Why did you change your mind?" She asked him furiously.Jude removed a stick of cigarettes and put it into his mouth. He lit the bottom and threw away the lighter before puffing out the smoke. He then looked at her. She was indeed mad because she and the angry bird were not that different from each other in appearance anymore. "I just couldn't do it after running my background check on them." He answere

"I am a bit nervous tonight," Hera whispered. This was going to be the first time that she would be meeting Ezekiel Young Albert. Zach licked his lips and nodded. "I am also nervous because I don't know what he might say, to be sincere." He answered her. "But you did well tonight. You did great. I just couldn't imagine that. Tomorrow, I am sure that your name is going to be in the headlines. I am sorry if that's going to bring pressure on you or anything..." "No, it's not going to bring any pressure on me. I am fine as long as I have you by my side, right?" She looked at him hopefully. Her eyes were like that of a panda and all Zach just wanted to do was to snuggle her closer to himself but he was driving. "Yes, we will always be together at each other's sides." He assured her. Finally, they arrived at the mansion and Hera was baffled by how good everywhere looked even though it was nighttime already. They were indeed very rich. No wonder Jennie was so concerned about

As Delilah was walking around with a silly face, her eyes were looking for one particular person. Why wasn't he here yet? He was supposed to come before they arrived. Maybe he was planning a grand entrance perhaps. That thought alone caused her to have goosebumps. She collided with someone and it happened to have been Hera. She frowned deeply but Hera wasn't moved. "My goodness, I am so sorry." She apologized and wanted to leave. "Sorry?" Delilah scoffed and folded her arms. "Yeah?" Hera answered. What else was she supposed to say? She had never had any confrontation with Delilah before so this was the first time that this was going to come up. "You are just too full of yourself nowadays just because you are already dating Zach." She spat out. Hera feigned confusion. "Excuse me?" "You are not getting excused. You collided with me and almost ruined my dress." She replied.Hera sighed and sincerely hoped that things wouldn't go wrong because tonight, she was going to be doing onl
