"Madame, it's time for you to wake up." Aliyah, the head maid said, knocking on Ember's room. It was 7:30 in the morning and Ember still felt like sleeping some more.

"Okay, okay I am up." She said, covering her ears with her hands. She sat up on the bed and stretched her arms and she yawned. She looked at the windows, they were still closed. She got off the bed and walked towards the windows and opened the red and white curtains, she was met by the bright and beautiful sunrise that was emerging from the mountains. She opened the windows, breathing in the fresh air.

This was her first morning in a foreign country, a country where nobody knew her. It felt good because no one was going to label her as the woman who cheated on her husband with her ex-boyfriend even though she didn't. She wondered what Jaden was doing at the time. The country that she was in was six hours ahead of her home country. So Jaden was sleeping at that time. She looked down at the pool that was right below her.
