Meanwhile, Gabriel tried to talk with the Chairman about what happened. He decided to come with him to his villa at the eastern part of the district.

The rain overtook them. So when they entered the gates, and they finally stopped in front of the house, Gabriel initiated to come down and brought out an umbrella for the Chairman, so he would not get wet.

However, the Chairman just ignored him. He got out of the car and allowed himself to get drenched by the rain.

With a sad countenance, Gabriel ran after him and offered him, still, the black umbrella.

The Chairman went directly to his room and took a bath, while Gabriel waited outside, still soaked by the rainwater.

The Chairman was surprised to see him sitting on his sofa staring at nothingness. It was his first time seeing his son like that. Everything was a surprise to him. He has no idea that one day Gabriel would change like what he did today.

He grabbed a towel and g
