The Elysian Inc. seemed to absorb the critical tension that the Yang family, its owner and founder, was experiencing. Gabriel felt it as soon as he came inside the majestic building. His presence commanded the hush of the gossiping employees, like God separating the Red Sea.

Gabriel ignored the small talks. He knew it would die down eventually. What he was concerned was Evina. She didn't show up to work yesterday. He wouldn’t be surprised. After what occurred the other night, anyone would not come to work anymore. He merely wondered if she was alright.

The CEO continued to walk towards the elevator going to his special space at the top floor of the building. To his delightful surprise, he saw Evina at her executive desk. He rubbed his brilliant eyes, making sure that he was not hallucinating. As Gabriel uncovered them, Evina was presently standing in front of him.
