“We shall get it from Ezrah’s brothers as well. They hate him and would love to get involved in anything that will bring him down.”

During the drive to the mansion, Ezrah made a call. “I told you to keep a close eye on the Henshaws, so what were they doing with my parents?” He asked in annoyance.

Zora did not hear the response but only the anger resonating from his voice. Then he added,

“I don’t want it to happen again, and I want Piper’s torture in the prison doubled. I don’t care if she dies.”

If Piper died in prison, then her parents would have no reason to go around begging Ezrah’s parents for mercy.

Zora was not moved to plead for Piper when she was the reason they lost their child. Sadly, Zora had not gotten pregnant again ever since then.
