Clarence was quite disagreeable because of this. Seeing Stella with other men, he was trying to find a reason to get into trouble with her. He was so sad with this emotion that all he would do when he saw her was unconsciously say hurtful things to her.

However, all of a sudden, she was like a dead puppet, so obedient and well-behaved that Clarence’s annoyance did not go away, but rather grew even stronger. How could he make her give him a call?

"Didn't you address me by my name?" snorted Clarence.

Stella said, lowering her gaze, "I'll exercise caution."

"Come here!" He was being driven insane.

After pausing, she eventually moved in his direction. "Push me back."

"Ok." Stella pushed his wheelchair ahead and stepped silently behind him.

Clarence’s expression was dejected, as though he owed everyone everything. The others were shaken by this aura as they went along the hallway. The maids avoided the two since they knew they were upset.
