“Daddy!” Noah shouted while crying as he ran towards me. Mom is running after him. I stand up and spread my arms. We hugged each other when he reached me. “Where is mommy?” He asked as he sobbed. I caressed his back, trying to comfort him with my presence.
“Mommy is sleeping. She got tired after the operation.” I explained, but he cried louder.
