Angela“Rence, my target,” I felt my voice begin to crack. “He’s Asher’s dad.” I looked at her and there I couldn't even see any emotions in her face or eyes. I guess it’s already a part of her. I guess that’s what makes her the current head of the organization. There are higher ups but they only act as a guide, and they mostly observe our decisions. They never intervene unless needed. Afterall, the higher ups are the retired elites.
“Aren’t you supposed to tell Rence this right now instead of me?”
She continued moving around and I just stood right here in my place speechless.
“Look, Angela. If he is indeed Asher’s dad, he has the right to know.”
