"Fuck! You're dead, today!"
"Hahaha... try it if you can, asshole!"
Aslan stepped on the gas harder. The highway was quieter at night, at least much quieter than in the daytime. Aslan laughed out loud, enjoying the adrenaline rush of speeding with his enemy.
A car horn sounded from behind. Aslan drove faster. He was not going to let his enemy win. This was not really a race. Aslan had just happened to run into a group of young men he'd beaten up a while back for being rude to him. They seemed to be holding a grudge. Aslan was alone this time, none of his minions were following him, so he hurriedly escaped in his car and created this indirect race.
"Bastards! Come down if you dare! Don't just hide behind your fancy car."
Aslan chuckled as the gang caught up with him. "Well, I know my car is fancy, thanks."
Aslan stepped on the gas again. The speed of the car increased dramatically. His pursuers fell farther and farther behind.
"Hahaha! Those rats can't keep up with me! Wohoo!"
Aslan was too busy looking in his rearview mirror to notice another vehicle coming from the opposite direction. He only noticed when the car's headlights shone on him and its horn honked loudly.
"Oh, shit!"
Aslan panicked, reflexively jerking the steering wheel to the side. He also tried to slam on the brakes as the car pulled into a gas station. Because of his speed, Aslan was unable to stop his car in time. The front of his car hit another car that happened to be parked at the gas station. The sound of the crash was quite loud.
"Damn it! I hit someone's car."
The car of the cowards chasing Aslan had stopped not far from the gas station. They saw Aslan's car swerve and hit another car at the gas station. As soon as they saw that, they quickly turned around and fled before they got involved.
Aslan touched his forehead. There was a small abrasion. But it was nothing to worry about right now.
"Ouch, now what?"
Inevitably, Aslan got out of his car to inspect it. He knocked on the glass of the car door and found no one inside. A small feeling of relief rose in his heart.
"Well, at least no one died," Aslan muttered to himself.
"But my car is badly damaged."
Someone suddenly spoke from behind Aslan's body. Aslan's heart pounded. He jumped in surprise at the person's arrival.
"Oh, my God! You scared the hell out of me!"
The man, dressed in a neat suit, crossed his arms over his chest and glared at Aslan.
Aslan cleared his throat. "So this is your car?"
"That's right, and you just wrecked it."
Aslan took a long breath. "Oh, come on, it's just a little scratched."
The man rolled his eyes. "A little?"
"Okay, okay, a lot. But your car is not broken."
"And how are you going to take responsibility for that, huh?"
Aslan scratched his neck. "Money. Okay, I'll give you money. You can go to a garage or hire a mechanic to fix it. How's that?"
The man smiled sarcastically. "Is that how you take responsibility? With money? Are you just a spoiled rich kid or something?"
Aslan snorted in annoyance. He hated being thought of that way most of all, although he was not wrong.
"Hey, I'm trying to be nice here. Don't make me angry."
The man just looked at Aslan with a lazy look in his eyes. Suddenly, he pulled out his cell phone and dialed someone. At first, Aslan thought the man was calling his family or perhaps a friend, but he was wrong. The man was calling a local cop.
"What the hell? You called the cops?!"
The man grinned. "Yeah, you got to take responsibility, you spoiled brat."
Aslan squeezed his own head. This is bad. This was really bad.
"Fuck! Why did you even call the cops? I can pay for your car, you know!"
Shortly after Aslan had argued with the man, the sound of cop sirens could be heard approaching. Aslan was confused. He wanted to get into his car and run away, but the man grabbed his arm.
"Watch out if you dare to run."
And so Aslan ended up at the police station. A fat policeman asked him a lot of questions. Aslan was really dizzy.
"Name?"
"Aslan."
"Aslan... who?"
Aslan took a long breath. "Kennedy."
"Second gender?"
Aslan chuckled in annoyance. "Is that necessary? I thought second gender was private."
"We're just doing a procedure to check your identity against the police database."
"I don't want to answer."
"How dare you resist a police officer."
Aslan stuck out his tongue. "I don't care!"
"You!"
The man who had reported him earlier suddenly approached. "That's all right, no need to force him, officer. Or... Just get your family here to pick you up."
Aslan gritted his teeth. "Fine! I'm a Beta."
The man raised an eyebrow. "Oh yeah?"
Aslan gave the man a sharp look. "What the hell are you talking about? I could clearly give you money to fix your crappy car, and instead you're taking me to the police station."
The man chuckled. "Nothing, I just wanted a spoiled brat like you to learn some manners."
"Fuck you!"
The man looked at the policeman dealing with Aslan. "Officer, can I have a little chat with him? I just want a little apology from him."
The policeman took a long breath and nodded. "Fine. Just don't let him out until his family gets here."
The man nodded. "Of course."
This time, Aslan was facing the man. He was too lazy to look at him. He was already annoyed.
"Come on, are you angry with me? Shouldn't I be angry with you?"
Aslan snorted. "Shut up."
"I'm Skylar, by the way. Skylar Reynolds."
"I don't need an introduction."
The man who claimed to be Skylar shrugged. "I just wanted you to know. You said earlier that your name was Aslan. Aslan Kennedy. Is it possible you're from the Kennedy family?"
Aslan's shoulders immediately stiffened when Skylar asked. He remained silent for a few moments, but Skylar continued to watch him.
"So it's true, huh?"
Aslan snorted. "No, probably just the same name. How many Kennedy names do you think there are in the world, huh?"
"Yeah, you're right. And why don't you tell me your second gender? I mean, that's a common thing when it comes to identity registration, right?"
Aslan looked at Skylar pointedly. "None of your business."
"So you don't want to contact your family? Or do you just want to stay at the police station until tomorrow?"
Skylar enjoyed the way Aslan's expression changed every time he asked a question. Skylar knew that Aslan was clearly not that much younger than he was. Maybe they were not that far apart in age, but Aslan's demeanor was much more childish.
Skylar kept trying to ask him things, and Aslan kept showing a distracted expression. They continued like this for a while, until three men in neat black suits entered the police station and spoke to the officers on duty.
"Are they your family or... your bodyguards?"
Aslan turned his head, and the look on his face immediately turned to annoyance. "Shit, why are they even here?"
Skylar continued to watch Aslan, then he chuckled, "So it's true? You're that Kennedy?"
"Shut up!"
"Mr. Aslan, we have to go. The matter with the cops is settled."
Aslan snorted in annoyance. "What the hell are you doing here?"
"Your brother asked us to come get Mr. Aslan."
Aslan exhaled heavily. "And how did Allen know I was at the police station?"
The three bodyguards did not answer Aslan's question. They quickly led Aslan out of the station. Skylar had overheard Aslan's conversation. He followed Aslan and the guards outside. The policemen, who had been so stern, were immediately subdued.
Just as Aslan got into his escort's car, Skylar waved with a grin.
"Hey, Ash, you still haven't compensated me yet for the damage to my car, remember?"
The bodyguards looked at Skylar. "We'll take care of your car right away. Please excuse us."
The car drove away. Skylar chuckled. "Trying to hide his true identity, huh? But why? If he's really from that Kennedy family, shouldn't he be proud of it? He's a Kennedy, so why is his second gender Beta? This Kennedy family, isn't it famous for having a bunch of alphas?"

"What the hell are you doing, Ash?!"Aslan hated this. Every time Allen took care of his problems, the man would scold him, too. Aslan had not asked for help. The incident with Skylar was no big deal, and Aslan was sure he could handle it himself. But suddenly, without any confirmation, Allen sent his men to the police station to clear things up. Why would Allen take care of things if he was going to end up scolding Aslan?"Look, I didn't ask you for a favor, Allen. You told your own men to take care of my problem. I can take care of it myself.""How? How are you going to take care of it, huh?""I didn't kill anyone, Allen! I just have to pay for the damage to the car."Allen sighed heavily. "But you were taken to the police station, right? What do you think Dad would do to you if he found out?"Aslan clenched his hands. "Why do you have to involve Dad? Are you going to report me to him? Haha... yeah, right. You're our father's favorite.""Ash!""What?! Am I wrong? He only thinks of
For some reason, Skylar could not forget Aslan's scent. It was quite seductive. Skylar followed his instincts and followed Aslan back to the nightclub.Aslan was with his friends again. From time to time he sniffed himself, but he smelled nothing. To be honest, Skylar's remark left him a bit confused. What scent was Skylar smelling?"Hey, Ash! Is he your friend?"Aslan turned his head and immediately scowled in annoyance when he saw Skylar standing next to him, smiling."Fuck! Why did you follow me here?"Skylar chuckled. "I just wanted to talk to you. We didn't finish talking and you just left."Aslan exhaled heavily. "Get lost! I don't want to see your face."One of Aslan's friends approached Skylar and watched him closely. "Who is this?"Skylar glanced at one of Aslan's friends. "Just a friend of Ash's.""Bullshit. I don't know him." Aslan said.Aslan's friends laughed derisively. They began to hurl insults at Skylar. Meanwhile, Skylar was silent. His grin never faded. He paid no a
After escaping from Skylar, Aslan went straight home without telling his friends who were still at the nightclub. He could not face Skylar again. He was mentally shaken by what had happened in the restroom. Questions filled Aslan's mind. And what panicked him even more was the fact that Skylar was able to make Aslan feel submissive.Aslan drove recklessly. Fortunately, it was late enough in the evening that the roads were less crowded with other drivers. Along the way, Aslan could feel his heart pounding uncontrollably. Skylar's breath, his deep voice and his touch. It was all still vivid in Aslan's memory."Fuck! Why do I keep thinking about that incident? Skylar, damn it! Who the hell is he?"Arriving home, Aslan went straight to his room. Like every night, Allen was not home. Aslan was always in the house with only his servants and a few of his brother's men to watch over him.In his room, Aslan took off all his clothes. He sniffed his own body, trying to find that nice scent Skyl
A few days after the nightclub incident, Aslan was very upset. He did not understand what he was going through, and it made him feel uncomfortable. Since the results of his second gender test had been given before he met Skylar, nothing like the nightclub incident had ever happened. Not once or twice had Aslan encountered Alphas or even fought with them. Well, Aslan's life was never free of arguments, disagreements, and fights. Dealing with other Alphas makes him uncomfortable, and only the strongest in dominance can defeat other Alphas. Aslan has never lost in dominance. Even though his body functions are broken and he is not like a typical Alpha, he can still maintain his dominance in any fight. Until he met Skylar, and all of Aslan's achievements in dominance that he had worked for were gone."Ah, fuck!"Aslan threw the third vase of flowers in three hours today. The sound of the ceramic tiles hitting the wall of his room echoed loudly. The ceramic shards from the vase splattered a
"Wow, it looks like our little prince is bored in his palace, so he decides to go out and find some entertainment. Right?"Aslan and Mario turned. Four men approached them, grinning cynically. Mario immediately backed away and stood behind Aslan. He felt intimidated."Ash, they were your enemies before," Mario whispered.Aslan grinned. "Oh? That's good then."Aslan smiled broadly at the four men. "You're right. I need entertainment, and commoners like you will surely provide entertainment for an honourable prince like me, right?"They were surprised at Aslan's mental strength. Aslan was a newcomer to the Hell Arena event. Normally, newcomers to this competition would not look for trouble with old hands who had participated many times before."Huh? I just noticed that your little mouth is quite sharp. Be careful, arrogance can make you fall."Aslan laughed. "What? Are you giving me advice or something? Is this a Hell Arena or a manners class?""You little shit!"One of the four men ste
The race begins. Aslan and his four opponents get the first session. As someone who has loved sports cars for a long time, this is of course not a problem. Let alone in a racing arena that is specially designed to be free of interference, Aslan has long been used to speeding on public roads. He has many enemies, and most of them are people who lost bets, lost fights, or are bad at something and hold a grudge against Aslan. The last time Aslan was caught speeding on a public road, he crashed into someone's car and was taken to the police station.Skylar.Aslan blinked. He squeezed his own head. "Fuck, why do I keep remembering that bastard?!"Aslan's grip on the wheel was tight. His foot pressed harder on the gas pedal, increasing the roar of the car's engine. Aslan's car was going so fast. There are no strict rules for racing in the Hell Arena. As long as Aslan is the first to cross the finish line in a conscious state, he wins. It does not matter what dirty tricks he uses against his
"You!" Aslan's eyes widened in disbelief as Skylar smiled warmly at him."What the hell are you doing here?"Skylar chuckled softly. "I have the same question as you. What are you doing here?"Aslan snorted in annoyance. The one thing he wanted to avoid most was Skylar. How could he even meet Skylar here? Of all the places Skylar could have visited, they met here instead. What bad luck."Give me back my cigarette," Aslan demanded.Skylar grinned and took a puff on Aslan's cigarette instead. Aslan groaned in annoyance at the sight."What the fuck?! What the hell are you doing?"Skylar laughed. "Just trying your cigarette, turns out you like it. Not bad."Aslan stood up and started to leave the gas station, but Skylar immediately grabbed his hand."Let go of me!" Aslan yanked Skylar's hand away. He was in a bad mood. He did not want to see Skylar right now. Unfortunately, the man came to bother him.Skylar frowned at Aslan's attitude. Yes, Aslan was indeed unfriendly to him. Their first
Aslan opened his eyes. Reflexively, he sat up. However, his waist suddenly felt very painful."Argh!" Aslan groaned in pain. He touched his waist, and there was a bandage wrapped around his belly.Aslan glanced around. He was in a room with a mostly grey interior."Huh? Where am I?" Aslan muttered to himself. He could not remember ever being in this place. It was definitely not Mario's room, or the room of any of his other friends. Besides, when he hung out with his friends, they would gather at the base, not in one of their houses. So, this was definitely not the room of any of Aslan's friends. Then whose room, was it?Aslan took a long breath. Not only did his waist hurt, but several other parts of his body hurt as well. He immediately remembered the fight at the gas station, where Aslan and Skylar had been surrounded by several armed thugs."Skylar... Where is he..."Suddenly, the door to the room opened. Skylar entered. The man's expression was grim at first, but Skylar's eyes wid
Until now, Aslan had seen Allen as a cold and protective person. He didn't like Allen controlling him so much. He thought that Allen often invaded his privacy, and that upset Aslan. However, he never thought that Allen was cruel. This was the first time Aslan had seen Allen kill another person. Moreover, he killed without any guilt, as if taking someone's life was not important. Was Allen always like that? Had killing people become second nature to Allen because he did it so often? Or... is Aslan the only one who doesn't know? The questions lingered in Aslan's mind. He was horrified when he saw his brother. His eyes turned to Allen. He, who usually felt uncomfortable because Allen was so protective of him, now felt terrified. His brother was a cold-blooded killer and Aslan never know that."Are you always like this?" Aslan asked.Allen looked at him. "Like what?""Killing others so easily."Allen smiled slightly. "Not really. Not that it's easy to kill people, but it's not hard either
Aslan forgot the last time he had seen his father. It didn't really matter. He didn't feel the need to see his father either. All this time, Aslan had been neglected by his father because he was considered a disgrace to the Kennedy family name. In fact, Allen had always been considered the only son of the Kennedy family. If his father despised Aslan so much, why did he allow Aslan to live until now? Aslan was truly confused."You must come with me," said Allen.Aslan clicked his tongue in annoyance. "What for? Why does the old man want to meet me? I'm not important, am I?"Aslan hated his father. But deep down, he was afraid. Dealing with his father caused Aslan deep trauma."He's our father, Aslan. Don't talk like that."Aslan laughed. "Our father or your father? I don't remember the old man ever thinking of me as his son. So why would he want to meet me?"Allen sighed. He knew that the subject of their father was a very sensitive one for Aslan. Allen understood why, which was why he
Aslan immediately froze. He did not immediately answer his brother's question because he was surprised by his brother's arrival. Aslan had not even expected Allen to come home. He rarely came home, and Aslan rarely interacted with his brother. He could never guess when his brother would come or go. To be honest, Aslan did not really care. Of all the times in the world, why did Allen have to come home when Aslan was having problems like this? What a shame."Answer your brother's question, Aslan. Where have you been? Why did you come home in the morning, hm?" he asked.Aslan tried to calm himself. Then he answered his brother's question. "I... I had business.""Sit down, now!"Aslan snorted angrily. His older brother was quite intimidating, but Aslan always fought back. He refused to be overpowered by anyone, including his own brother."I want to take a shower."Allen stood up immediately and grabbed Aslan's arm. "Where are you going?"Aslan clicked irritably. "What the hell? Let go of
Skylar crouched in front of Aslan's base camp house. He looked up as soon as he heard Aslan's voice speaking to him. Skylar stood and stared at the young man. From his expression, Aslan seemed unhappy with Skylar's presence. That's only natural. What Skylar had done had really messed things up."Why are you still here? I told you to leave!""Wait, I just want to talk to you for a second. I..."Aslan was annoyed. He pushed Skylar's body with all his strength so that he would leave. He could not use his full body strength yet, because his injured waist still hurt. Too much movement aggravated his injury."I'm going! I'm going, okay? But wait a minute. I want to explain, Ash."Aslan folded his arms across his chest. His eyebrows were furrowed and his eyes showed extreme annoyance."Okay, listen to me. About what happened before, I don't know why I did it. I mean, I shouldn't have. That's no excuse, I really don't understand myself."Aslan snorted. "How can you not know why you did it? An
"Answer me, Aslan."Aslan winced, holding back the pain in his arm that Skylar was clutching. Surely something was wrong with Skylar."Argh, let go of me, asshole! What's wrong with you? You always act weird when you see me."Skylar's eyes flashed with anger. As if Aslan had just done something terrible to the man. The question was, what had Aslan done to make Skylar so angry?"Answer me." Again, Skylar demanded an answer. The man's question was strange. Why did he immediately assume that Aslan had slept with Mei?"Answer what? Did I sleep with Mei? Why do you care? It's none of your business if I sleep with Mei, other women, or even other men, is it?"Aslan thought that was the correct answer. Who he slept with was none of Skylar's business. Why should he care? But Skylar became even more angry. His grip tightened and Aslan could no longer stand it."You... ugh, you're hurting me." Aslan's voice was weak, he moaned slightly, and he was in pain.Seeing Aslan in pain, and even his voic
Sensing the extraordinary danger from Skylar, Aslan panicked and hurriedly punched Skylar in the nose. His fist struck Skylar's nasal bone, causing the owner of the nose to groan from the extraordinary pain caused by the punch. Skylar's head, which had been so close to Aslan's neck that it almost touched it, was pushed back. Skylar clutched his nose in extreme pain."What the hell?! What have you done, Aslan?! Skylar shouted angrily.Aslan was still affected by the effects of Skylar's domination, which was so strong that his own body actually still felt uncomfortable. But Aslan was not the type of person to give up when he was in a tight spot. He would do everything he could. In this situation, of course, all he could do was hit Skylar as hard as he could to get the man away from him."I'm supposed to be the one asking you. What the hell are you doing?!" Aslan replied angrily. He looked at Skylar, who winced in pain and held his nose. When the man pulled his hand away, Aslan could
Aslan froze when he heard Skylar's ambiguous answer. In his heart, Aslan wondered if Skylar meant it. It could not have been that easy for him to kill a bunch of armed thugs. Besides, even if Skylar did kill the thugs, how would he dispose of the bodies? The fight with the thugs took place in a public place. Other people could have seen Skylar's crime and reported it to the police. "You're joking, right?" Skylar grinned. His look was so sharp at Aslan that it made him feel a little uncomfortable. "Why? You don't think I could kill them?" "No, I mean..." Aslan suddenly did not know what to say. The question he had asked Skylar was not serious. He was just asking it as a joke to lighten the mood. But Skylar's answer immediately sent shivers down his spine. "No. You cannot be serious," Aslan said. "If that's what you want to believe, then it doesn't matter." What the hell was that supposed to mean? Aslan groaned in annoyance at the words. It was as if Skylar had really kille
