CHAPTER FIVE

Naya could feel a lot of people's stare on her body as she stop on her track.

"Why are they staring at me?"she wondered.

She raised her head up to state back at them and was surprised to find herself in the middle of the circle and in front of the Alpha.

"what? How did I get here?" her wolf half yelled as she kept staring around in horror.

she stared at Alpha Rohan who kept staring at her without saying a word and she felt her heart

leaving her chest.

"All those clumsiness aunt kihara had always beaten me for has finally put me into trouble

today," she thought as she started shaking on her spot.

"my Lord, I'm so sorry, I have no idea I was in front of you," Naya rushed her words with her

head bowed.

She lifted her head when she didn't hear anything from him.

"Thank you for understanding me, my Lord, I will take my leave,"Naya said.

she cupped a handful of her gown in her hand as she pulled it along with her body and started

leaving the circle.

The crowd also started dispersing.

"such a rude brat, get her!" the head of the guard that followed him said.

The rest of the guys unclench their swords and they dashed after Naya.

"Stop!" Alpha Rohan ordered.

The guards stopped on their track, they put back their sword before bowing their heads.

"Good. Let's continue," Alpha Rohan said.

The guards walk to the front while holding the rope of the horse that Alpa Rohan is sitting on.

They continue touring the market and ensuring everything is put in place and there is no

problem and disorder of things.

"Naya, just tell me the truth! You and the Alpha have met before right?" Enola asked for the

upteemth time that they left the circle.

"Common enola, don't be like this, you should trust my words. That was nothing okay?" Naya

groaned.

"I'm trying to trust you but then it seems unrelated and hard to Believe, I mean I'm trying to believe your words but the fact that Alpha Rohan will never spare anyone that trespasses him

and he just did it for you is somehow to believe," enola stated.

"It doesn't mean, it might just be my luck falling in place for me," she replied simply.

"Is that so?" Enola creased her brow funnily.

"That reminds me, I have a gist for you enola," Naya said.

Enola faced her immediately when she heard that and Naya giggled. She had always known

enola to always be super interested in every single thing happening.

"What happened? Tell me already," enola said impatiently.

"I woke up very late today because I slept quite late yesterday. I woke up around 7:00an," Naya

said.

A gasp left enola's mouth. She grabbed her arm, rolled up her long sleeve and the smile on her

face flew off the moment she saw the fresh wounds.

"She did this to you today?" Enola asked, feeling like tearing kihara into pieces.

"These are from yesterday's beating. I was so surprised she didn't beat me today," Naya said.

She snatched her hand away from Hassan's hold, she rolled down her sleeve.

"But then, these wounds look deep," ebola stated caringly.

"You worry too much darling friend," Naya poked her nose.

Enola didn't smile nor show any sign or impression no matter how she tried to play with her.

"Okay fine, what did you want?" Naya asked, eventually fed up with her cold attitude.

"Let's find a way to make you leave this lion den, we may not be rich but everyone in my family

is going to accept you with warm hugs," enola stated.

"Have you heard yourself? You know I can't leave aunt kihara," Naya replied.

Enola stared at her friend. She pitied the way she always had been maltreated and at the same time, Naya kept behaving like a good person.

"Okay," Enola replied simply.

Enola waved Naya goodbye when they met meters away from Naya's house.

"Till when God says when," enola said.

The two friends hugged themselves before eventually bading themselves goodbye.

Palace

Alpha Rohan was reading a book in his study room when the image of Naya flagyed through his brain and he stopped the group.

He has been seeing a lot of beautiful ladies but naya's beauty is just so beautiful.

It shines differently and he is sure the sun will be jealous about how radiant her beauty is. Her

dark long hair that flows in rhyme with the air is something else that makes him feel drawn to

her. Her long eyelashes that look like that of her baby and makes her look cuter anytime she

bashes them together.

Everything about her just rings a bell.

"Do I know her before?" Alpha Rohan wondered.

He rest his chin on his palm as he kept reminisce on how Naya was acting naive but at the same time cute.

"I have never seen her before," he concluded.

He removed his hand from his chin. He opened the book, he scribbled down something.

He called for Seth who rushed into his room immediately.

"Ask the guards I took out today, to get you a picture of the lady I encountered. After you get the picture, ensure you provide every single information about the lady to me," Alpha Rohan said.

"Taken, my lord," Seth bowed.

He opened the door and he left the room.

Alpha Rohan kept seeing Naya's face in almost all the books with him. Even though it is not her

beauty that made him fall in love but there is something that is different and at the same time strange and he can't help but get curious no matter how hard he thinks about it.

"Well, it's just a matter of time," he muttered knowing he will soon get all the information about her.

He is determined to know what and what is giving the aura he had around her.
