“Is he gonna be okay?” My mate enquires.
I sigh, then shake my head. “I honestly don’t think so. Lorcan seems to have given up fighting, and without Gianna, there’s no reason for him to do so.”
“Fuck it!” Josh slams his fist down on my dining table in frustration.
I called Josh, Harper, Kit, Bella and Emily over to my place so that we could talk things through. The five of them, myself and Joe, are the closest to Lorcan, his most trusted right now. Plus, the seven of us are Gianna’s closest friends, and we care about her.
For three days, Lorcan has been laid up in his room. After I sedated him the other day, he gave up the will to live. I wouldn’t have done it, but my Alpha seemed to have lost his mind, mumbling and trying to attack Josh.
