Chp 5 Pt. 1 His Luna

I rush to the hospital this morning, wanting to see my mate. I am hoping she’ll let me take her out to lunch since Dr. Sully said he would be discharging her this afternoon. I’ve brought a breakfast bagel sandwich from our local family restaurant, Spencer’s. I try to get her to eat as often as I can so she can gain the weight she needs.

As soon as I enter the room, my whole body tenses and I freeze. I am watching my mate embracing Nick and I send him a death glare. I am about ready to rip into the kid until I see my mate glare at me and I can feel her anger radiating off of her.

“Alpha Avery, you need to stop with the death glares at my boys. It’s getting rather annoying. You should know by now I consider them my brothers, nothing more. Not that is any of your business anyway, it would be my future mates, who would understand why I am hugging him anyway.”

“Yeah, it would be totally weird if I turned eighteen and my wolf told me we are mates. I can’t mate my sister.”
