Amelia's POV

"It is simply marvelous isn't it?" Gonzales exclaimed, oblivious to my incredulity. "With this, we can finally uncover the secrets that have eluded us for so long!"

I shook my head in disbelief, a mixture of frustration and amusement bubbling within me. "Alpha Gonzales, this is no time for wild goose chases," I admonished, my tone firm as I tried to reason with him. "We have more pressing matters to attend to."
