Chapter 51 | Girl Pact
Apollo
To be completely honest, I never planned on Lux having any duties in our pack. Yes, she is right; she is the Luna of the pack and a Luna normally has a lot of responsibilities.
But she’s blind, and that makes her vulnerable. I don’t want her walking around the pack by herself and meeting people without me. She cannot do any type of paperwork. She can’t plan for special events because she wouldn’t know anything about decorating it. All I want her to do is to be by my side and help me when I’m feeling tense.
She wants more than that, though, and I can’t blame her. She’s a princess, and they have trained her to be in a higher up position. I need to find a way to make it work. I just don’t know how yet.
When we get back to the pack house, she asks to go to our room, and I sigh as I take her there, knowing that she is angry with me. I don’t want her to be angry with me, but I don’t know
