CHAPTER TWENTY FOUR

SALLY

I peeped through my window and was shocked to discover that the reporters were still there. I walked back to my bed and copped myself there. I had to cover myself with sheets and pretend like I had nothing to do at the office.

I knew that I had so much to do there. Especially with this issue going on, but I knew I couldn't leave the house with the number of people gathered outside my house.

I shut my eyes and rolled myself in my bed. After about an hour, my alarm began to ring again. I stood up from the bed, groaning and rubbing my eyes.

I peeped through the window, and the press was gone. I quickly had my bath, rinsed my mouth, and got dressed for work. I let the chief chef outside my room.

"Morning ma'am," she greeted me.

I smiled at her and tried to continue walking.

"Mr Grande said I should ensure that you have breakfast, Mrs Grande."

I sighed deeply.

"I am not hungry," I told her.
