Chapter 99

Janet

I came down for breakfast the next morning to meet a smiling Lois sitting next to my dad, who was also smiling.

“Good morning everyone.” I said sitting down.

“Morning sweetheart.” Dad beamed.

Fran came in with my breakfast.

“Good morning Miss Janet, right on time.” She said handing me a cup of coffee.

“Thanks Fran.”

“Morning Jan, I hope you slept well?” Lois asked.

“Yeah I did. You two look happy, what is the secret?” I asked.

“I have an announcement to make, but we will wait for Anna.” Dad said.

“Wait for Anna to do what?” Anna asked coming into the room.

“Morning honey, we were waiting for you before I made my big announcement.” Dad said.

Anna sat besides me.

“What is it?” She asked cautiously.

I too was curious to know why Dad and Lois were looking so pleased, although I had a feeling I won’t like the reason.

“First of all,” said Lois. “I am thinking of having an engagement party. What does everyone else think?”

Chapter 100 Janet I stared at him wondering if he was saying the truth, or just being dramatic. “What do you mean danger?” I asked. He pointed to the couch. “Shall we?” He asked. Frowning, I sat down on the couch crossing my legs and folding my arms. “You have four minutes.” I said. “By the time I start you may see I will need a little more than that.” He said sitting beside me. I moved away. He shrugged. “Some time ago I saw Lois in a hotel downtown with a guy I recognized. “ He began. “He was her brother but they weren’t acting like brother and sister, so I had Breed check them out.” “You hired Breed to spy on Lois again?” I asked surprised. “ Last time he found nothing.” “Because he was looking into her present. I asked him to dig into her background. I didn’t think your dad bothered to have her investigated but I felt it would be a good idea, judging from the guy she was with.” “Her brother? Who is he?” “A guy named Don Richards. I first knew him when I

Keep cool Jan.” He said and left. “What was that?” Dad asked suspiciously. “Nothing Dad,” I stammered. “ We were just talking business.” “With your lips so close to him?” Dad asked, eyebrows raised. “It is not what you think Dad.” I said blushing. “No it is what I’m seeing. I thought you were going to keep away from that guy?” Dad asked. “I am.” “Yet you two are getting cozy on the couch?” “Come on Dad, he is part of the company. It was your idea to make him a shareholder remember?” “I do. That was business. This looked personal.” “It isn’t.” He looked at me closely. “Are you sure you are okay? If Watson is a problem-“ “He isn’t, really Dad. I am okay. Why are you here anyway?” “I came to tell you I was thinking of bringing forward our shareholders meeting,

I could see it in her eyes when she leaned forward to kiss me. Damn it! Her dad just had to interrupt. But I knew it didn’t change anything. We were inally on our way back together, thanks to the luck I had seeing Lois and Don at that hotel. I was whistling as I entered my office. I had some work on my desk which I quickly got done, then began thinking of how to catch Don and Lois. I didn’t want Jan involved. It had to be a way it couldn’t be traced to her, just in case. I didn’t want her in any danger. Thanks to my dad I knew some people in law enforcement. So I made some calls and by lunch time I had spoken to the FBI and arranged with them to come pick up the duo. Now all we had to do was wait till Jan could tell us when they would be together. She had handled it well, I thought, and I knew she would listen to my warnin

Something is wrong with my car, I may be a little late.” “Sure I can. But if you can’t come I will understand.” I said. “No I will come. I will be there as soon as I can.” He promised. I hung up and got dressed. Kevin had said he would be at the party, I hoped he would. I was anxious to know if he had come up with a plan, and if so what was it. Time was running out. On Monday Lois would have a controlling share in Gabhill and then my Dad would be in real danger. I got ready and went to join them in the living room. Dad and Lois were about to head out. “Can you give me a lift Dad.” I asked. “Sure sweetheart.” He said. “What about your date?” Lois asked. “He will meet me there.” Anna walked in. “You guys off already?” She asked. “Yeah honey, coming with us?” Dad asked. “I will go with Justin. He will be down in a minute.” “

Chapter 104 Janet We froze. “Jan!” He called again. Before I could stop him, Kevin pushed his cock inside me. I gritted my teeth and clenched my fist, trying to suppress my moan. He began moving in and out of me, driving me mad with pleasure and taking me to the clouds and beyond. We heard Jason walking away and I let out a moan that filled the whole room. Seconds later I came, and let out a deep groan of pleasure. We stood still for awhile panting, then he began caressing my nipples. I felt his dick hardened, and I pulled away from him. “We need to get back to the party.” I said breathlessly. He pulled me towards him. “Forget the party.” He said, reaching for my thigh. “No Kevin,” I pushed him away. “This is a mistake. Nothing has changed between us.” “You know that isn’t true. A lot has changed and all those feeling you felt before, they are back.” He was right. I couldn’t deny it. But I didn’t want to admit it, not right now. “I have to get back to the party

Chapter 105 Janet. It was an hour later before I got out of the car, and managed to walk to the house. My legs were unsteady from the multiple orgasms I had received. Kevin had wanted us to continue at his place, but I had forced myself to leave the car. So much for wanting to take things slowly. I thought smiling. No matter what I told myself, it all disappeared the minute he touched me. I sighed. I had to admit it, I was madly in love with him, something I thought would never happen. I let myself into the house. Dad was alone in the living room, watching the news. “Hey Dad.” I said. “Sweetheart, I heard a car in the driveway awhile ago, was that you?” He asked. “Yeah.” “Your friend brought you back?” “No, Kevin did.” I said carefully. He raised his eyebrows. “Where is everyone?” I asked, quickly changing the subject. “In bed. Look Jan what is going on with you and Watson? I thought you two had called it quits?” “We did…but…well…it’s complicated.” I said.

It is not what you think.” She said as she and Don were led away. “Can someone please explain what is happening!” Dad asked as the police took them away. Everyone else stared, stunned speechless. “Let me,” one of the men said, he was dressed slightly differently from the others, and hadn’t moved from the door where he had been standing. I recognized him as Breed. “You are?” Fran asked. “Breed, one of the investigators.” He pulled up a chair and sat at the dining table. He didn’t even look at me, acting like we had never met. “That man and woman are a duo involved in extortion, fraud, and suspected murder. Mr. Benson.”

Justin had to drive because Anna and I were hysterical. Now we were in the waiting room anxious for news. This is all my fault. I thought again. The newly wedded couples were away on their honeymoon and weren’t expected back till the end of next week. Which meant I had a lot more stressful days ahead. But I didn’t mind. The thought of Dad enjoying his honeymoon because he knew I was here to handle any problem was all the motivation I needed.I yawned and stretched, then decided to call them and see how they were doing. I called Anna first but she didn’t pick up. But from the pictures she had posted on social media this afternoon I knew she and Justin were having a great time in Florida. He smiled mischievously and shrugged. I was really surprised and pleased. The last thing I had expected was a welcome home party with so many people turning up. I walked towards the crowd of people and received a lot of hugs and kisses. “We were so worried about you Miss Benson. I am happy you are alright.” My secretary Dani said. “Thanks Dani. I am happy to be back.” Someone handed me a glass of champagne and I sat on the couch with Kevin, watching the people who had come to celebrate my homecoming. “Okay Jan,” Gina said sitting on the arm on my chair. “ I want the whole story. I couldn’t believe it, but it was. A week ago I had escaped from Lois and had been airlifted to a hospital in Dallas. Chapter 152 Janet “Hungry?” Lois asked me, waving a chicken wing in my face. I glared at her. There were hundreds of choice names I would have liked to call her but the gag in my mouth stopped me. We were in a motel, even more dirty and rundown than the previous one. I was sitting on the bed tied up and gagged. Lois sat on the only chair eating chicken and drinking soda. The greedy bitch hadn’t given me any food or water since we had arrived the evening before, and it was now well past midday. After she had knocked Jason out, she had dragged me from the bed and put a jacket around my shoulders. “Make any wrong move,” she said pointing the gun at me. “ And you are history.” We walked out of the room side by side, the gun sticking on my ribs. The motel was almost deserted. She unlocked the car and pushed me into the back seat then got behind the wheel. She made a call to the cops telling them to hurry to the motel because, Janet Benson and her kidnappers were in room 1

Chapter 151 Kevin I was awaken from a restless sleep by my ringing phone. It was a week since Jan had gone missing and it had been a week of hell for her loved ones. Her kidnappers hadn’t called again and we weren’t sure why. It would have been easier if they just made a ransom demand. We would have happily paid it. As usual I had been with the Benson’s all afternoon hoping for news, but there was non, not even from Breed. I had stayed up till after midnight thinking what to do, before falling asleep on my couch. I groaned and fumbled for my phone on the coffee table. “Hello?” I mumbled. “Kev? It’s me. I have got news. They’ve found Jason.” I jumped up immediately. “Where?” “The cops got an anonymous tip that led them to a motel outside of town. They found him unconscious in a room. Someone had knocked him out.” “And Jan?” “No sign of her or Lois. The desk clerk said a woman paid for the room a couple of days ago, which was the same day the cops raided the house w

Make the demand, get the money and let us fly to Canada like agreed.” He continued. “Will you shut the fuck up!” She said angrily. “ I don’t need your advice! You have done enough, so shut the fuck up!” “It’s not my fault everything isn’t going according to plan.” He said. “Really?” Lois said controlling her anger. “ So whose fault is it?” Jason looked uncomfortable. “Tell me Jason, whose fault is it? Who stupidly used their phone to make a call that was traced and nearly led to our capture, hmm? Whose idiocy caused our plans to be derailed? You! You had three jobs, shut up, listen, and obey my instructions. But no, you had to be a dumbass and now look.” “All I did was call Watson to annoy him a little. You called Benson didn’t you?” Jason

The cops had combed the area but no sign of her. We had given them the footage from Gabhill’s carpark and they had gotten to work. Pictures of Lois and Jason were all over the media and Gabriel was offering a reward for information on the kidnapping. Yet nothing, no sign of her. I had called Breed almost non stop, nearly driving the poor guy crazy and pressuring him to find something, anything that could lead us to Janet. I hadn’t eaten or slept since it happened and I couldn’t concentrate on work. All I could think of was getting her back. I spent most of my day at the Benson’s house, with Jan’s family. We all sat waiting anxiously for Lois or Jason to make contact. I was at home now, my dad had insisted I take time off till we found Jan, pacing about my apartment, half out of my min

Chapter 147 Janet “Hello! Can I get some water! Hello!” It was day two of my imprisonment. I had come to and found myself alone in a basement, lying on a small torn mattress. My right wrist was chained to the wall. It was cold and dark, except for a stream of light coming in through a crack in the single, boarded up window. The place was dirty and untidy, but there were no rats. I hated rats. Aside the humiliation of being chained up, and a slight heaviness in my head, I wasn’t hurt in any way. But I hadn’t had any food or water since I had been in here, and I still had no idea who my captor was or were. At first I had tried screaming but I found out I was wasting my energy. The sound only echoed back, so I gave up. I tried to remember what had happened. I had been on the phone, then sat in my car. I remembered hearing a noise in the back seat..then..…..I had smelt a chemical! Even now the smell was still on my nose. I must have been drugged! The person was hiding in the b
