Isla's Point of View.

Rory leaned her face closer to me. Her lips slightly opened after she got a confirmation that I was close to tearing up. I stayed at the very same spot as she opened her arms for me. When I didn't move an inch, she took a step closer just so she could embrace me.

She pulled away from me and then she leveled her face with mine. She is staring at me as if she feels bad about what happened, but the little curve on the corner of her lips that resembles a ghostly smirk says that she is just faking it.

"Oh, you are crying. God! I suddenly feel bad. I should have known better than to kiss him back." Rory pouted her lips.

I redeemed my composure and smiled at her.

"I-It'a fine. It wasn't your fault too. I agreed to this. I was expecting this."

Her eyebrow playfully shot up. Rory pursed her lips into thin line and then she nodded her head at me.

"Oh, you do? That's great then. I am panicking here. I thought that what happened would leave you devastated."
