It was in the evening that Sabrina and Nicholas reached the hotel. When he opened the door to his room, he saw Roseanne sitting on the bed, wearing her clothes. She was sitting with her arms crossed over her chest. As he opened the door and walked inside, she threw the first thing she grabbed from the nightstand at him.

“Woah,” Nicholas reacted as he grabbed it before it touched his eye.

“It could have hurt my eye if you weren't careful,”Nicholas said, looking at her. She looked as if she would touch him into ashes. She was so angry that her blue eyes were burning with rage. Those eyes could kill anyone.

“Too bad that I aimed it at your eye, ”Roseanne growled. She wanted to kill him and take revenge for her lost honour. Why did he have to come to her life again and ruin it? Nothing good comes after meeting this man. He ruined it eight years ago and he was doing it again.

Nicholas asked her, “May I know what I did to receive such precious treatment.”

Sabrina bolted out of the door, unable to hold a conversation with Roseanne who had lost her senses. As angry as she was, she understood that Roseanne was acting like a crazy bitch. She went to find Nicholas who was having a drink in the bar. “You look angry,” Nicholas commented as she took a seat next to him and poured a glass for herself from his bottle. “That slut you slept with last night called me a homewrecker,” Sabrina said, angrily. “Don't call her that,” Nicholas said. “And don't disturb her.”He would not let anyone call his wife with such names. “She has lost her senses,” Sabrina said. “She is acting like a crazy bitch.”Nicholas said, “That's why don't disturb her.”“I will kill her—”Nicholas told her, “Sabrina, leave her alone. She is not in the right state of mind at this time. Imagine, sleeping with a man you hate the most in a drunk state. She can't handle this fact. She wants to kill everyone who is coming in front of her. You just saw a teaser. If you disturb he

“We need to talk,” Nicholas said to Roseanne when he saw her the next time. He decided to give her time at the expense of his comfort and peace. He gave her an entire day but she didn't try to make any contact with him. Sabrina left this morning without him. She didn't even ask him if he would leave with her. It was not like he would have left with her when the key to his life existed here in Rosegarden. He knew that Sabrina was angry at him. He decided to console her later and focus on his wife first. Roseanne looked at him hatefully and said, “We do not have anything to talk about.”For the whole day, she blocked every way he would have any contact with her. She hated the very existence of this man and wanted nothing to do with him. “We sure do,” Nicholas told her. “You can take all the time that you want but I want to talk to you. Give me a place and time, I will be there.”“Fuck you, Hart,” Roseanne yelled. “I want nothing to do with you.”“I know why you are avoiding me,” Nich

Back in USA,Ellora Hart found out that Sabrina had come home. Nicholas was still in Italy and he had no plans of coming back soon. She invited Sabrina for a tea today to know the recent happenings of her son's life. Nicholas kept his family away from his business. Nobody could force him to do anything they wanted. “Thank you for having me over, ”Sabrina said with a smile. Although she was mad at Nicholas for not even bothering to ask about her, she didn't decline Ellora for tea. She liked being close to Nicholas' family since she had known them since she was a young girl. “How are you doing?” Ellora asked with a smile. It had been quite a while that she had the company of a youngster. “I am doing good,” Sabrina smiled. Of course, she didn't show on face how much Nicholas had hurt her. “I heard your fashion show was a success,”Ellora said. “I saw the video and pictures. It was beautiful.”She also saw the videos when the internet was shipping Sabrina and Nicholas as a couple but d

When Ellora came from outside, she saw a servant taking out the big family portrait that used to be hung in the living room. A sense of Deja Vu happened to her as she ran to the servant and asked, “What are you doing?”Sabrina left a few minutes ago and her husband made it awkward by adding how he was seeing their son as a potential son-in-law for the Taylor family. The Hart family was at the top of the chain. They did not need a marriage alliance. After Anne's death, Nicholas was heartbroken. At least, now he should not be forced to marry any woman. It did not matter if Sabrina and Nicholas had something in the past. If they were supposed to marry each other, they would have married in the past. She did not want to force Nicholas or even Emery to marry against their wishes. She had learnt her lesson from Nicholas' first marriage. There was no need to try to set up Sabrina and Nicholas. It wasn't about Sabrina but any girl Nikolai was trying to push into her son's life. She had a

Ellora came out from the airport, the sun casting a golden glow over the bustling scene. With a graceful and stylish flick, she removed her shades while revealing her eyes alive with anticipation. As she studied the trail of cars parked outside, a gentle smile graced her lips. None of the figures walking around were there for her, and in that moment, she felt an unexpected rush of freedom. For Ellora, the absence of familiar faces was a welcome sign of liberation. The tedious routine of being followed by a line of servants had dimmed her spirit. She rediscovered the peace and refreshment of working for herself as she found freedom in the simplicity of life i.e. working for herself. The constant presence of others catering to her every need had become monotonous for her. It was hard to be free and herself while being a fine woman and wife of Nikolai Hart. It seemed as if she had spent the last four decades of her life being a wife of Nikolai Hart only and forgot to be herself. As sh

Ellora chose the best room and got herself settled there. She cooked dinner for herself at night and was enjoying it with a glass of wine when Nicholas opened the door and found her seated at his dining table. As she hoped that he would be surprised to see her, nothing of that sort happened as Johnson, the snitch, had already given him an update about the sudden entry of his mother into his house. “Mom?” Nicholas called out her name as soon as he saw her. As soon as he came in front of her, she noticed something highly unusual about himself. She didn't know how she knew it but she could tell that a major transformation had taken place in her son’s life. “Why are you here?” Nicholas asked the question. Ellora smiled and answered with a wide smile, “Hello to you too son.”Nicholas pursed his lips. Soon, he realised how rude his question was. Ignoring his rudeness, she answered him, “I am here on vacation.”“Would you like dinner?” Ellora asked him. She knew that he would certainly

“Mommy, can we go out and Play?” Coco asked as she looked at her mother who was clearing the table after lunch. ‘‘No!’’ The answer came so swiftly. “Mommy!” Coco complained. “I feel like I have been locked up in this house forever.”Ever since they came from vacation, their mommy had never let them play outside. She was feeling bored and frustrated about that thing. She wanted to go out and enjoy the beach with her friends. Moreover, she didn't even play with Billy because her mother said Billy couldn't come inside the house. “Why are you saying this?” Roseanne looked at her daughter and said, “You went to school. I took you to your favourite ice cream parlour. We even went to the mall to have fun.”Coco said, “Mommy, we do not go anywhere when we come home. You do not even let us go to the beach!” She was so frustrated with her mother that she wanted to throw a tantrum like Leon always did but since she had an image of a good girl she had to maintain that. “Mommy, I want to go ou

The car stopped all of a sudden before it could hit the girl or the cat. Leon heaved a sigh of relief as he saw that Coco was not hit by the car. With the car stopping, a possible tragedy was prevented. In that tense moment, it seemed like a close call with death, but fate was kind. A woman came out of the car as she realized that she narrowly avoided a disaster by pressing the brakes. She saw a familiar-looking cat and a young girl fall on the ground. She was so scared that she had hit the girl. Thankfully, she was able to press the brakes on time or else something unforgivable would have happened to her. “Are you alright?”She asked but the girl didn't respond to the question about her well-being.After some time, a boy rushed over and started assisting the girl to stand up. “Are you okay, Coco?" the boy inquired, but the frightened girl couldn't muster a response, likely due to the shock her brain had experienced. Coco tried to stand up but she was unable to due to the pain in her

Each kiss was deliberate, slow, and tantalizing as his lips explored the soft curves and bumps of her skin. He sucked and nipped gently, leaving her breathless and causing her to arch her back in excitement. His tongue darted out, tasting the warmth of her skin. The sensation was electric, making her clutch the bedsheet to steady herself. She was completely at his mercy, her body responding in ways she didn’t fully understand. Every touch was igniting a fire within her. He moved lower while his lips brushing the space between her breasts. When they reached their room after dinner, his gaze fell on her. She was sitting on the stool in front of the mirror while trying to remove her earrings, but she was struggling. He walked closer to her and whispered, “May I?” She silently gave him permission. He gently swept her hair to one side and carefully removed her earrings. As he worked, his hands lingered on her shoulders and their eyes met in the mirror. A soft blush painted her cheeks. Her eyes, though tired, but sparkled with life. He softly made her stand while turning her to face him. Dipping his head, he kissed her lips tenderly. After a moment, he murmured, “In five years, I see myself kissing your soft lips every day.” He whispered against her lips, “You are so beautiful, Sia baby.” Then, he claimed her lips in another kiss which deeper and more consuming. The lovebirds were truly basking in each other’s company. Leon had planned a perfect evening, starting with a romantic sunset walk along the beach as their feet were sinking into the soft sand as the waves kissed the shore. Later, they moved to a cozy candlelit dinner he had arranged just for her. The gentle glow of the candles was reflecting in her eyes as he sat in front of her. “Leon,” Sia’s soft voice broke the serenity as she called his name. “Yes?” he responded, his gaze meeting hers with warmth. “Let’s play a game,” she suggested, her lips curving into a playful smile. “Okay, which game are we playing?” Leon asked, tilting his head with interest. “Let’s play twenty questions,” Sia proposed. Leon chuckled. “Quite cliché, but fine,” he agreed. Since the moment felt too magical to let slip into silence, the game seemed like a fun way to keep the mood alive. She pouted in mock offense but pressed on, “Are you a sunrise or sunset person?” “Definitely a sunrise person

“Sia?”“Hmm,” he murmured in reply, feeling his finger trailing along her shoulder. The rays of the sun bathed her body as they lay near the sea. They were on one of the private beaches in the Philippines, one of the most breathtaking places she had ever seen. For the past three days, they had been travelling. The first two days were filled with adventure, but today was a much-needed lazy day for both of them.“I think you need sunscreen,” Leon said, his voice low and teasing. “Hmm,” she replied, her eyes still closed. She felt him scooping sunscreen into his hands, the cool sensation was contrasting with the heat of his palms as he began smoothing it over her body. His touch lingered as he worked the lotion into her neck while gliding down her back, tracing every curve and dip with deliberate care. Then his hands moved lower, over her hips and along her legs. Just as she thought he was done, his hands reversed course and they have begun gliding upward with an unhurried sensuality. S

After a few days of silence, Charlotte was nowhere to be seen. Leon had been patient, giving her the space he thought she needed to handle whatever was going on in her life. But as weeks turned into a month with no sign of her, he had had enough. He grabbed his phone and called her. She picked up just as it was about to go to voicemail. Her tired face appeared on the screen. “What’s up, little brother?” she asked, her tone lacking its usual energy. “Charlotte Hart, where the hell are you?” Leon snapped. “Somewhere on Earth. Why? What happened?” she replied nonchalantly, though her eyes betrayed exhaustion. Leon’s frown deepened. “Do you know how frustrating you are? You told everyone you were painting, but this doesn’t look like your apartment, and you look like crap.” He paused, taking a closer look. Her hair was longer, browner, and wavy which was completely different from her usual style. His brows furrowed as something else caught his attention. “Wait a minute… are you

I just… I made the plan, but they ditched me because Cade was interested in me. And, well, Leslie has a crush on him too. You know… the usual college drama.” Sia tilted her head sympathetically but kept her tone light. “I’m glad you ended up spending the evening with me instead. Those people made you cry, and they don’t deserve your energy. You should let them know you don’t care about what they think. You have got people who care about you, and tonight, we are going to have a lot of fun! You are in college, and there is no curfew.” Abella muttered with a small pout, “I still can’t drink until I’m 21.” Sia laughed. “I will show you how to have fun without needing a drop of alcohol. Sia had just wrapped up her work at the office when her phone rang. Seeing the caller ID, she raised a brow in surprise. Softening her tone, she answered, “Hello?” “Hi, Sia,” came Abella’s slightly nervous voice. “Are you busy?” Sia glanced at the clock, noting the upcoming meetings on her schedule. But she brushed them aside and replied warmly, “Not at all. Just finished my work.” “Cool!” Abella sounded a little more at ease. After a brief pause, she asked hesitantly, “Would you like to go shopping with me?” Sia blinked, momentarily caught off guard. Abella was usually reserved and rarely expressed her wishes so openly. The invitation felt like a rare and meaningful step. “Of course,” Sia said, her voice full of encouragement. “When do you want to go?” “Now?” Abella suggested tentatively. “Perfect,” Sia agreed. “Where are you? I will come pick you up.” “I’m at my dorm. Can you come here?” “Absolutely,” Sia assured her. With that, they ended the call. Sia turned to

After spending the entire night with Sia, Leon decided it was time to visit his parents, whom he hadn’t seen in two weeks. When he arrived, the house was lively as usual. Along with Nicholas and Anne, Rhys, Callum, Abella, and his grandparents, Ellora and Nikolai, were all gathered around the table. It was a joyous occasion for the family to be under the same roof. “Dad, can you take over for a month?” Leon asked, leaning against the doorframe. Well, if he had to be gone for over a month, he needed capable hands to look after his work. Who did he trust more than Nicholas Hart himself? Nicholas raised an eyebrow, clearly unimpressed. “Do I look stupid to you?” Why on earth would he want to return to that cold office building? He recalled the time when the kids were young and he would find all the opportunity to not go to work. He had waited a lot for his retirement. There was no way, he was going back to work! “It’s just a month,” Leon persisted, his tone almost pleading. Nich

The words were rare and reserved for moments that carried her true and raw emotions. He pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead. “I love you more, Sia baby.” Without another word, Leon scooped her i
