"Lucian, what are you doing here?" Jolie was the first person to speak up.

She had a sweet smile on her face, and she looked nothing like the woman who had been threatening me just seconds away. I rolled my eyes.

Jolie was still the same person that she was seven years ago. A pretender. She only knew how to pretend to be something else in front of everyone.

I was really getting sick and tired of her behaviour.

"Well, I came here shopping with a female friend..." Lucian looked back and I followed his eyes.

I could see a woman who was looking at clothes a short distance away from us. I sneered.

Lucian had still not changed. He was still the same playboy that he was in the past.

He was best friends with Adam seven years ago, and the way it looked, they were still best friends.

He did try to contact me after I left, but I wanted nothing to do with Adam and my past life when I left and so I didn't respond to him at all.

I was sure that woman was his latest girlfriend.
