Nadin has sworn for revenge, as her husband of three years had betrayed her and had a thing with her stepsister. Then, before her eyes, her stepmother murdered her dad. Afterwards, she used acid on Nadin to kill her but only succeeded in damaging her face and body, which demanded plastic surgery. Fast forward to the present time, a year after she got out of a coma as a result of the acid poured on her. “I want revenge. I want all of them to go to hell.” This was Nadin trying to kill herself after she got out of being in a coma for a year, and she had been reflecting on how she had been betrayed and hurt by people that used to matter to her the most. “If you must do that, then you need at least to stay alive. Besides, the doctor didn't save you just for you to harm yourself.” Luciano, her adoptive guardian, tried to give her reasons to live. Nadin is back with a new face and identity to his ex-husband’s life with her little game of revenge, as she remembered every pain, betrayal, and heartbreak they caused her. Meanwhile, her ex-husband was desperate to do everything for her to turn heads over heels with her, as he had attained the height he wanted but lacked just one thing, which was true love. The woman he failed to cherish and love before now, currently he wants to love her unmeasurably in another face, as she reminds him of his ex-wife a lot. When revenge meets desperation for love, could Nadin's ulterior motives change along the line and her ex-husband get her love back?

CHAPTER 1
A NEW LIFE AFTER COMANADIN'S POVI could feel my eyelids heavy as I tried to force them open. When I finally woke up from what felt like an endless sleep, all I could discern was an unrelenting pain, as if someone had just plucked my brain out of my head. Moreover, I cared less about it, as I was more curious to know what was happening around me and where I was in particular.Even though I can't recall anything, I could feel the scars of pain all over.“Oh, you are finally awake.” That was the first thing I could hear; before then, it was all like muffles of irregular and unpleasant sound. The lady in question said that with smiles stretching across her lips. I managed to return the smile in my own little way as I was still trying so hard to fix things right in my head.Given what she said, I couldn't even pinpoint the exact duration of my sleep here. She advanced closer, I think, to examine me and to think that I wasn't wrong after all.She carefully removed the oxygen therapy mask

MEMORY LANENADIN'S POVWaking up after I passed out, my eyes were blurry. Again, it was as if I were beginning to recollect some memories. The once-hazy memories that filled my mind with indistinguishable and unspoken words were not the case any longer because some thoughts were coming to my mind. The thoughts of so many things that were too much for me to bear at once made tears well up in my eyes.As I lay in bed, I felt the already-accumulated tears running down my face.I barely wiped them off, but they kept falling uncontrollably. It took me only one memory flash to remember the type of married life I had been exposed to.And yes, I can now recall the faces and voices of the man and the lady I had seen in the corridor a few hours ago. That was my ex-husband, Ethan Archer, the one who divorced to be with my step sister, Bella, the same lady I met with him outside.Everything played in my head like a movie, but I knew they were all real. The last thing I could remember before I go

WELCOME TO OUR HOMENADIN'S POV“Congratulations on your discharge, Miss! Since you will be leaving today, I decided to bring you lots of goodies.” Luciano warmly greeted the moment he got and carefully kept the items beside me.I couldn't help but smile at him and say, "Thank you so much.” Admiring the flower bouquet, a basket full of chocolates, snakes, packaged food, a gift card, and a hand reflex ball.“You are always welcome.” He said it with a broader smile. The flowers looked so familiar, like the one I had beside me when I first woke up from a coma.I had asked the nurse, and I learned Luciano was the one who got it for me while I was in a coma.I wouldn't even lie; I think the fragrance had activated my recovery out of coma, because tell me why its sweet fragrance is like it could wake the dead.I took the flowers. I love everything about it.I noticed they had the same fragrance as the last one they'd taken away, that I confirmed who had brought it from the nurse. After that

TOO HARD TO LET GONADIN'S POVBeing in the room alone that same evening. It just occurred to me while I had some moments of serenity that I was 4 weeks pregnant which I intended to keep away from Ethan, even before the divorce and then subsequently the acid incidentHe had always insisted he was not ready to have kids while we were married, so there was no need of letting him know about it then. Then, he made sure we used protection while getting intimate, but I had to find a way to secure his sperm from the cond*m, the last time we did.The whole experience I've had is beginning to reflect again as if it just happened the previous day.And I was sure the doctor must have flushed it out once they discovered it because of my condition then.I wouldn't want to discuss that with anyone, not even Luciano because that was not necessary.Besides, the doctor must have let him know before doing so.I looked out the blurred window, not far from where I sat on my bed, and noticed the rainstorm
