Chapter 130 "Grief"

Reese had to take Zion in her room as he is her guest. Thus, she saw that as chance to proceed on her plan.

Inside Reese’s room, which isn’t as large as Harriet, Zion looked around. He does not want to touch anything, as he wanted to finish this acting as soon as possible. Then after visiting Reese, he would go and see Harriet.

Reese turned around to see Zion’s nonchalant gaze.

She smiled at him and said, “It seems like Zion does not like my room.”

Zion raised his brows as she browsed at her. Then, he forged a smile on his lips. “No. It’s fine.”

“Really? I feared that I might bore you.”

“No. You don’t.”

Reese observed him closely. Even when he’s smiling at him right now, there’s nothing in his voice, his eyes, or his expression that says he’s telling the truth.

She glanced up and said, “I have a question.”

“Yes?”

“It’s clear that Zion does not like me.”

Zion felt his smile slipped from his eyes, his lips, and fell completely off his face.

“But you are trying your best to be with me,”
