Chapter 520

"What is going on?" Hailey looked between the men in confusion.

"A gentleman came here a while ago," answered one of them. "He showed us a photo of you and asked if you came here."

A gentleman? Hailey sprang up from the bench.

"Too bad, he had to turn around and leave in disappointment. He said he is your husband and you fled from home."

Hailey's senses were instantly on high alert. That wasn't a gentleman. That was Rob. Did the security men just say he came looking for her?

Did that mean he knew Kara's apartment?

Hailey gasped. Her fears returned and without a second thought, she rushed past the security men and entered the building.

"Stop right there."

"Come back here, Miss."
