"Eat carefully." He gave her a stern look and shook his head.

"Ken, why don't you eat your food? It's getting cold." Sharon's voice interrupted them and Hailey looked up to find her scooping more food into Kendrick's plate.

"Hailey, why don't you quit acting like a baby? You're giving Ken a hard time concentrating on his food."

Hailey glared at her. She wanted to retort. But the girl's hypocritic smile made her stop. She was smiling so widely, one would almost get fooled by her words.
