Chapter 12

Killian POV

When I finished reviewing the papers sent to me by my secretary I felt hungry so I decided to just go down to eat. I saw in the bedroom window that it was raining hard outside even though there was no storm.

When I got out of the room I looked at Hailey's room I don't know if she was inside or still downstairs, I know I hurt her with what I said earlier but she knew my attitude and I said to her since day one that she would not move or rearrange the things in this house but she was just stubborn.

I went downstairs and went straight to the kitchen and saw that the food was ready. A miserly smile flashed on my lips, Hailey is often like this she loves to stay in the kitchen and I can’t deny she is good at cooking.

I started eating and I didn't make a mistake that her cooking was delicious so I ate more, I also often ate dinner here at home because of her.
