Test Your Patience

Barbara was shocked and panicked. The plate she dropped was now broken. She immediately picked up the fragments of the plate.

John walked up to Barbara.

Barbara suddenly fell silent. Her face was pale, and sweat was now rushing down his face. Her two hands were now shaking, holding the remaining plate fragments. She was worried that John would be angry with her.

Barbara stood up immediately. "I didn't mean it, John. I'm sorry."

John didn't say anything. Deliberately wanted to make Barbara not feel at home in her house. The man left.

"John. John!" Barbara soon caught up with John. He was worried that John's silence would further aggravate his situation. "John, wait!"
