Richard walked into the coffee shop for his meeting with Rowan. As soon as he entered, he spotted Rowan sitting by the window, wearing a pale yellow dress and looking lost in thought.

His footsteps slowed down when he heard a noise. He walked towards her table uncertainly. It wasn't that he was too noticeable, but the big white dog sitting beside him was drawing a lot of attention.

He approached gradually, and the white dog gazed at him with its head tilted, not taking its eyes off him. The dog even stuck out its tongue in an adorable way.

Richard was also puzzled about Rowan's sudden invitation. He moved closer to the small table by the window. Finally, Rowan turned around from staring outside, noticing his arrival.

She stood up and greeted him with a smile, "You're here."
