“What is it?” Jacob asked me. I guess I didn't cover up the fear I had after seeing Venessa's message.

“It's nothing,” I said, walking towards the door.

“Aurora,” Jacob called out, following closely behind me.

“I have to go, Jacob,” I said as I walked Carina.

“What's going on?” Carina asked me.

“I have to go,” I said, handing her my gadgets.

“Where exactly are you going?” She asked again.

“My question exactly and she isn't saying anything,” Jacob said and I turned to look at him.

“I'm right here,” I said to him.

“No, not really,” he said, clicking his tongue. “You got a message and all of a sudden you are acting weird.”

I took his hands and led him to an empty room in the hospital.

“No, no, no. You are not kissing your way out of this one,” he said and I smiled.

“That's your thing, not mine,” I said and he smirked.

“What's going on, babe,” he placed his hands on my waist.

“Babe, that sounded hot,” I flipped my hair backwards in a dramatic gesture.
