Charles immediately pulled away from hugging his mother and stared at both his parents for an explanation. He knew the lady in front of him wasn't his cousin in any way, so who was she?

First Lady Kira Alejandro smiled from Charles to Arya Lucian and introduced Arya to Charles, "Charles, meet your wife Arya," First Lady Kira said.

"My what??" Charles looked from his mother to Arya in shock.

"Mom, I thought I told you not to go ahead and marry her. I still need some time to move on first from Nancy," Charles said.

"I know, Charles, and I can understand. But as you're still trying to move on from Nancy, we thought it best to marry Arya on your behalf and bring her here for you, so that you can move on easily from Nancy and whatever you had with her," First Lady Kira replied.

Charles shook his head and said, "No, Mom. I don't want this marriage. Just take her back to her family's house as I don't care to know about her."
