Chapter 58 - Meet Again

Nancy smiled as she added all the food ingredients into the cooking pot of the boiling yam in hot water. She was smiling as she could perceive the delicious aroma of the food she was cooking. She picked up her spoon to stir the pot and added the dried fishes that she had washed, the red oil, and the vegetable leaves too, while salivating to have a taste of the delicious meal she had prepared.

Nancy went back to her kitchen when she was done cooking and switched off her gas cooker. Her smile brightened as she served out a little portion of the hot yam on a plate on her cabinet top.

"Wow!! It's so delicious!!" Nancy exclaimed as she tasted the hot yam. She immediately carried the plate back to the pot, added more portions of the hot yam to her plate, and was glad that she could now cook too.
