Chapter 86: Questions, so many of them

Khloe woke up with a slight headache. She scratched the back of her head then pulled the duvet away from her. That was when she noticed she wasn't in the hospital. Up until then she hadn't noticed where she was.

“Where am I?” She mentally asked herself scanning the room with intensity. It was very tidy and looked pretty decent, but it wasn't her room either.

“How did I end up here?” she asked rhetorically and got out of the bed.

“All I remembered was falling asleep after I heard of Kelly's death,” she said. The thought of Kelly being dead weighed her down and she felt like sobbing but this time she decided not to.

“I need to know the truth about everything. From what I heard, someone almost killed me and did something to my sister too. I have to do something and quickly find out who this person was,” she said with determination, marching to the door.

She turned the knob, opened the door and poked her head out. The passage was very silent and she saw a clock hanging on the wall
