Chapter 37: "Hold on, it's a trap"

The week has been very pleasant for Khloe, as she hasn't had any strange calls nor nothing. She was still on Emily's case but keeping everything low key so she won't suspect a thing.

“Ma’am. This is the report for this week,” Rachel, her assistant, said, dropping a pile of work for her on the desk.

“What are all these?” Khloe asked.

“The report?” Rachel stated.

“No…what report, I never asked anyone to do anything this week. So why are they sending me a report?” Khloe asked, confused.

“I don't know. I thought you gave everyone an assignment to work on. Throughout this week, everyone has been so busy,” Rachel said. Khloe stared at her in confusion.

“I never did. I'm just going to go through it and call you for any wrong information,” Khloe said dismissing Rachel.

“Alright, ma’am. I'll be on my way,” she turned to leave but stopped in her tracks.

“Before I forget, there's a letter for you, ma'am,” Rachel said.

“A letter? Again. Why do I keep getting strange messages,”
