Chapter 59 – Overwhelmed

Enrico kept in touch with his grandson and though he wanted to visit them often, he respected Klyde’s request to let them adapt to marriage life first.

That man would sometimes call him to complain about his wife and to ask what he should do. To be honest, he’s not much of a help. He just kept reminding him to be understanding and patient. He should coax the woman no matter how unreasonable she has gotten.

Klyde did feel that he made a mistake but he couldn’t be sure. Mel and his pops genuinely like each other’s personality and they get along well. Maybe the old man would’ve helped getting her to be less moody.
