In a dimly lit room, a woman's breath was resonating so loudly as she panted for air, seemingly uncomfortable as she arched her back, clawing at the sheets beneath her body, her face and neck red, completely intoxicated, her eyes looking left and right as if searching for something.

The door suddenly creaked open, allowing the light from outside to enter. Isabella saw this and her eyes darted in the direction of the door.

She saw a figure coming in and her body trembled even more.

“What do we have here,” A dark voice penetrates her ears and for some reason, the heaviness she felt in her body subsided upon hearing the man's dark yet alluring voice.

“Tsk! It seems Alfred is taking my joke too seriously, actually bringing a woman into my room,” Isabella can feel the mattress shift down as the man sat beside her. The man reeked of alcohol, probably drunk.

In the dark, she could see his faint appearance. The light of the moon perfectly casted on the man's face.

“Did you purposely come here like that hmmm, love? Coming in here with a lewd look to seduce me?” The man uttered, traveling his hand on her lips, feeling its softness as it grazed his thumbs, then to the side of her face, tucking in a strand of her hair behind her ears, making Isabella moan with his gentle touch.

“Don't look at me like that if you don't want me to do something to you,” the man said, snickering as he leaned down, taking a whiff of her scent.

“You smell heavenly, love” the man whispered, his breath hitting her neck sending chills down her spine.

Isabella did everything she could to not give herself away from the temptation. She's never felt like this to begin with.

Earlier, she attended a party with her step sisters, she was always being cast aside so she was finally happy that they invited her this time, hoping that they had already accepted her. All she could remember was that they made her take a drink, and one thing led to another, and all of a sudden she was dragged into this unknown room.

She wants to curse herself for being too careless. But now it was too late to regret, she shouldn’t have trusted them, she was too stupid to fall for one of their tricks again.

She can't even think straight because of the drug in her system. All she could think of at this moment is to pacify the raging hotness that's spreading throughout her body.

“HAHA!” The man laughed darkly, moving away from her, “Don't worry, I'll get my men to take you home, I won't do anything to you,” the man said, and was about to leave her when all of a sudden a hand grabbed his wrist making him stop.

Turning back, he saw saliva leaking down her mouth as she struggled to get up to reach him.

“P-please—don’t go—help me,” Isabella moaned and begged for help, tears rolling down the side of her eyes.

“Don’t tempt me love,” the man smirked looking at her vulnerable appearance.

The front of his pants was getting tighter as something inside him awakened, seeing her appearance that was so lewd yet so innocent at the same time.

He began wondering how she even ended up in this situation. He examined her features, her chestnut brown hair thrown in all sides, but what struck him the most was her green emerald eyes that seemed to lure him in, captivating him.

“You have such beautiful eyes, you remind me of someone,” he sat back down, admiring her beauty.

Isabella looked at the man in front of her, her vision was blurry but she could see clearly his blue eyes were fixed on her, unreadable emotions circling in those pair of blue orbs.

“Please…”

“Please what?” The man moved, hovering above her, his breath hitting her face as he stared at her luscious wet red lips making his body completely aroused.

Under normal circumstances he can control his urges, but when it comes to this woman in front of him, he doesn't have the slightest idea why the only thing he could think of is claiming her.

He has seen countless beautiful models all trying to get his attention to get on his bed, but they all failed, none of them was worthy in his eyes. But her, she was different, although he doesn't know her but he can feel a connection.

“Say it, what do you want me to do,” he whispered.

They stared at each other and Isabella could see the growing hunger in the man's eyes.

She felt like the man's eyes were familiar somehow. But she can't remember who exactly it belonged to.

“Ugh!” Isabella when she felt the man's hand moving along her legs, rubbing it up and down.

His fingers were calloused, probably from doing exercise and rough work. Nevertheless, it made her insides feel even more hot. His touch was like flames that ignited her desire, relentlessly pushing her to her limits.

“You like that?” The man said with a teasing voice.

“Y-yeah,”

“Do you want more?”

“M…more?”

“Yes darling, but I'll only continue if you give me your permission,” the man said, as he couldn’t wipe the smile off his face.

“I…I…”

“Yes? Use your words love,”

“I want it, but…”

“But what?”

“I—I'm…I'm still a virgin,” Isabella uttered, moving her head to the side to hide the shame that was slowly creeping on her face.

This revelation took the man aback.

Isabella never had sex before since she never liked any men, only focusing on her job and duties. But maybe this time she can make an exemption. What can one intercourse do to her, right?

“If that's the case, then…” The man pinched her jaw, turning her head to face him. “Then it would be my honor to be your first,” The surprise riddled on his face was now gone and was replaced by an elated one.

The smile he held grew wider and wider, until it reached his ears.

“Don't worry love, I'll make sure you won't forget this night,” the man said, slowly lowering his face, and finally claiming her lips.

Isabella couldn't react right away and wanted to push him since she wasn't ready yet, but his touch, the way his lips moved with her's, it was making her weak.

She can only look at the man's face one last time before closing her eyes, letting the heat of her body break free as their body entangle onto each other.

The police station was chaotic when I got there. There were many reporters flashing their cameras at us when we got out, and the buzzing tension made it hard to focus. I spotted Aiden immediately, pacing back and forth near the entrance. His hair was a mess, and his face looked pale. Asher was beside him, trying to calm him down, his hand gently rubbing Aiden’s back. I ran toward them. “Aiden! What happened?” Aiden turned to me, his face red with frustration. “The fucking police dragged Hayden away like he was some criminal! He was just picking Blake up from school, and they arrested him in front of everyone. There were cameras everywhere. Reporters, parents, students—everyone saw it. God! I would have punched that police in the face if I was there.” My stomach dropped. “In front of Blake?” Aiden nodded, biting his lip hard. “They didn’t care. They just took him. Like it was all some show.” I turned to the front desk. “Where is he? I need to see him.” One of the officers be

I stepped out of the house, closing the door behind. Dominic was waiting outside by the gate, his hands tucked in his pockets, his gaze distant, but as soon as he noticed me walking towards him, his expression changed, and he gave me a soft smile.“Can we talk?” I asked. “Just… not here.”He nodded without hesitation. We got inside his car and drove to a nearby park. We got out and the sky was a little dark, it was starting to snow, the snowflakes were falling slowly from the sky. I stretched my hand and one snowflake landed n my palm, and it melted slowly, till it disappeared. I wrapped my arms around myself, regretting not grabbing a jacket. Dominic must have noticed my discomfort because he then offered me his coat.“Here,” he said, slipping his coat off and draping it over my shoulders.“I’m fine,” I tried to say, but he chuckled.“Don’t make this more awkward. It’s just a jacket. I’m being a gentleman, not proposing to you.”I gave a tiny smile and let it go.We sat on a wooden

Breakfast was quiet. Hayden and I sat across from each other, sharing a normal meal like we always did. He had cooked bacon and eggs, and I made toast. The smell of coffee lingered in the air, wrapping the kitchen in its warm aroma. It felt normal, but even if you’re an outsider you could easily tell with one glance that something was wrong. I couldn’t shake the tension tightening around my chest. We didn’t talk about the news.We didn’t talk about Cedric. We just…stopped talking. I’ve always known that growth with your partner is tough, but I didn’t thought it would be to this extent. Probably because I’ve been too accustomed to Hayden being the one who did all the protecting, and now…I have to step up, to support him in all the turmoils he’s facing.I kept looking up from my plate, watching Hayden’s face carefully. He looked calm as he ate his breakfast. Should I ask him?My fingers trembled slightly as I buttered my toast. Then—out of nowhere. The front door slammed open.I jump

The drive back from Cedric’s place felt like walking through fog. I declined his offer when he said he’d drive me back and called myself a cab. My body was in the car, but my mind was somewhere else entirely. Every word he said played on loop in my head—about Cassie, about Hayden, about what supposedly happened. About how Cedric claimed Hayden was the reason she was gone. And worst of all, he sounded like he believed it with every inch of his being. I leaned against the window, staring blankly at the passing streetlights. Should I ask Hayden? Should I tell him what Cedric told me? What if it wasn’t true? What if it was?By the time we reached my place, I hadn’t made a decision. I thanked the cab driver before getting out. The moment I stepped inside the house, I felt something strange. The lights were dim, the television was left on in the living room, and toys were everywhere. A little red truck sat sideways on the armrest of the couch. A stuffed bunny lay on the floor as if Blake

“I tried to keep the family together, but it wasn’t enough. Our parents blamed each other. Eventually, they separated. Fiona... she drifted too. I could never get her back. Not until recently.""You talked to her?" I asked quietly. He nodded. "Yes. She seems happy now. Genuinely happy."There was a small, sad smile on his face before he looked back toward the hallway. "You probably have a lot of questions, don’t you?"I hesitated, but the moment had come. "I do," I admitted. "Why do you dislike Dominic and Hayden so much?"For a moment, his eyes dimmed. He didn’t speak. Instead, he turned and started walking up the stairs. I followed. Not because I trusted him fully, but because I could tell he wasn’t trying to hurt me. I was starting to understand his pain.He opened a room at the end of the hallway, and as soon as I stepped in, I felt it. The scent was faint, but it was there—a mix of lavender and old books. Cedric walked to a tall cabinet and opened it, pulling out an old photo al

  • The Billionaire’s Affair   Chapter 115: To Look At Yourself

I stepped out of the restaurant, feeling drained. The meeting had gone well, but my energy was completely spent. All I wanted was to go home, take off these heels, and maybe sleep for a week. I pulled out my phone and started tapping on the cab app, already thinking of what presents I should take home with me for Blake. But my actions halted when I saw him.I wore a confused look as I approached him, as he leaned against the door of his car. His black car gleamed under the afternoon sun, parked just a few meters away from the restaurant's exit. The moment he saw me looking, his face lit up. He pushed off the car and made his way toward me."Perfect timing," he said with a smile. “I was getting bored. Hop in, I’ll drive you back."I opened my mouth, ready to decline, but before I could say a word, he raised a hand and said, "I know you have questions. A lot of them. And I’m willing to answer all of them."That made me pause. I studied him carefully, unsure of what game he was playing
