59: the truth

Aria couldn't be anymore happy when Elanne told her earlier this morning she would be paying her a visit. Excitement bubbled within her chest, and she could finally ask someone if what Ivan said was true. She also planned on asking Elanne for her opinion on what had been happening. Of course, she wouldn't tell her it was about her; she could substitute the original names for fake ones. Or she could lie and say that she had watched a movie where all of what she was saying had happened. Either way, she needed a third eye to view the situation with objectivity. She didn't know what to think anymore. She felt like every trace of her judgment was dampened by her emotions.

When Elanne came in, she sprung to her feet and embraced her in a bear hug. Elanne grinned, hugging her tighter. When they pulled back, they both had this joyous spark in their eyes.

"Look at you," Elanne said, examining her. "I've missed you."

"I've missed you too." Aria said. "How are you doing?"
