Hendrix didn’t know how long he stayed hiding behind the tall grasses in the congested area. But it was already dark and he knew those men had already stopped searching as it was too dangerous lurking specially on the place he was staying in. He was aware of that and he was scared as well, however, he had no choice but to stay as it was the only safe place to hide from those people searching for him.

He just hoped that no snakes or any creatures would show up and bite him, aside from the insects like mosquitoes and ants that had already been his problem since he sat there.

His phone vibrated again at the same time his stomach grumbled. He quickly checked the message and stood up right away upon reading it.
