I stumbled through the front door, my mind racing, heart pounding in my chest. I had come straight from the airport, on my way to go meet with Clifford Spanish partners but unable to shake the gnawing feeling that something was terribly wrong, I ditched my flight and headed back home.

Simon had called to inform me that Catherine fainted and from that very second, I was thrown into a deep state of panic. A strangling feeling that I could not shake off.
